The kids really enjoyed making their pancakes and everything was fresh. There was a nice variety of foods to choose from. The breakfast area was nice and clean and the staff was very warm and inviting.
Not really a complaint…..We didn’t have enough towels and house keeping did not come and replenish them. We had to go to the front desk, which was no big deal. Staff was very friendly and took care of the issue right away.

Room had broken glass that resulted glass splinter cut. Bathtub had stains etc.

The breakfast was decent.
The hotel seems fairly new so there wasn't too much wear & tear. The only issue I had which is nothing to do with the hotel, is that a guest came out of the elevator and was really loud around 2am so I wasn't able to go back to bed. It was temporarily so i didn't contact front desk about it.

it stated it was a pool on property but we later found out there wasn’t. secondly the room smelled musty like someone had been in there without deodorant

areas where it’s not easy to clean, are not being cleaned.
for example, the carpet between the window and the bed was not clean. it’s a narrow space, and I know it’s not easy to get back there with a vacuum and get it clean. the facility seems to be new. maybe it’s a design flaw that won’t allow the proper equipment to fit in that area.

It’s a new property and it looked as such. The room looked good and so was the dinning and gym.
