Very clean and comfortable

Love the entertainment facilities in the apartment, my kids love it. Beds are comfy, apartment is huge and clean.
One of the room sink was a little chokes but was informed and to fix it after our stay.

Very rules based condo (nothing to do with the host company). Can only swim at certain times through one gated entrance, could only use gym at prebooked times. There is a lovely pool table in the apartment but condo management will fine you if you use it at any time etc. The condo lacked a microwave of toaster which would help with the self catering but otherwise condo is well stocked

The house was very clean and the facilities were very good for family with kids. The host was very responsive and always helped us wherever we needed something. Definitely I would come back

Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 at floor 20th number 04…20-04 bed not comfortable maybe because of the bed spring already damage and one more thing I suggest you can prepare water dispenser more better.

位置非常好，海景房的阳台就可以看到久仰的马六甲海峡，非常开阔。楼下也有很多中餐馆，绝对满足中国胃口。一个套间里还有4张床。7楼还有非常棒的游泳池。还可以免费停车。Perfect!

Es hat alles gepasst und die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Im Gebäudekomplex gab es einen Freibad mit Spielplatz, was für Familien sehr praktisch ist. Wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht

2 air conditioners in the 2 two bedrooms were not cold at all even though the temperature was set to 18 degrees, only the air conditioner in the living room were cold

The apartment was spacious.
The aircond in one of the rooms was not functioning well (tak sejuk at all) but fortunately ada kipas so its okay. And ada quite a lot of registrations which is dari tempat masuk kereta and nak masuk pool pun kena register so its quite hassle tapi overall okay la

location close to interesting places. Less jam. There are also restaurants nearby. comfortable room. Great view, large column suitable for all ages & best of all there is a top mattress in the living room

✓ The nunber of the bed provided is not same as described durinng booking. 2 rooms supposed to have 1 king and 1 Queen but only 1 room has 1 king and 1 Queen, the other 2 rooms 1 king and 1 single bed only.
✓ Location is not a walking distance to Jonker walk. You need to drive around which less than 10 mins.

check in check out time. Admin ask us to check in at 4pm. But in booking.com already noted that check in time is 3-3:30pm. we paid, and already noted in booking.com apps we can check in at 3-3:30pm but im not sure why the admin only allows us to check in at 4pm. they also ask us to check out at 11am. but actually the last check out time is 11:30am. so not worth it.

this property very nice .. big and clean. very safe place to stay with family with access kad to every floor u needed and claim 2 for parking space. i love it.. recomended
possible put more and extra tilam since the property for family and put cermin for make up beside cermin only at the bilik mandi and centre watch easy to remind time since check out early 11am. pls use 3pin plug for letrik air utk masak and big flat TV. only provided kecil sgt bos. org tua tk nampak tgk hehe
