Property was clean and we enjoyed staying there.
we were new in London and not accustomed with so much cold so we manually set heaters to high. but then we were politely told by property owner not to adjust manually and its programmed for daily as per whether. After that we did not need to re adjust the heater.
The property owner is very friendly and polite. we requested him early checkin and also requested for late checkout. He readily agreed on both.

very clean, had complimentary items in the bathroom and area was nice and quiet.
due to it being downstairs the connection wasn’t that great so wasn’t able to receive calls.

Great location, easy parking, well equipped kitchen. Easy to find, keys easy available and good welcome information. Very short walk to train station and town centre, near m25. Apartment very clean and well kept.
Wi-Fi not great throughout apartment, living room signal poor. Sofa and bed not the most comfortable and could be quite noisy at night. Outdoor space could do with a tidy.

Very spacious, clean, modern, decorated nicely and had everything you needed in apartment. Home from home. Quiet area and quiet flats. Near to train station and shopping centre. Plenty of places to eat and drink near by.
Didn't realize it was on lower ground when booking. Dimly lit inside ,so needed lights on the daytime. Only 2 pillows per bed. No drawers in bedroom for clothes.

Checkout at 10am, charges criminally 25 additional pounds for one hour addition.

The large rooms were clean and had good facilities. Quiet. I was very pleased to discover a washing machine which was also a drier. Excellent wifi.
The blinds in the main bedroom did not exclude all the light so i slept in the other room. The mattress was a little uncomfortable. There was no mobile signal in the room but I could get it by going onto the outside space (see photo).
