It was very clean and welcoming. And the location was perfect.

It was a bit warm, even with the air conditioner. It could use a full length mirror maybe on the back of the bathroom or closet doors.

There was room for me to visit with family and friends.

I liked how truly cozy it is. Very clean. I traveled with my 12 year old daughter and her friend for a gymnastics meet. The girls shared a room and I had the other. They said it felt like we had separate hotel rooms, and felt truly at home. The beds were great, the shower was amazing. Good sized bathtub, and great shower head. Netflix was available, coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Towels were nice too! We didn’t use the kitchen much, but if we had there was everything we could have wanted. It felt very inviting. The host was kind and had useful suggestions for us. Wi-Fi access was a huge plus!

I think it could use some more color, white and grey walls with a white and grey picture is kind of drab, I refinish and up-cycle furniture for a living so some colorful accent furniture would be nice. Also, I would recommend proof reading the booklet there is at least one typo and I can’t remember if it was in there or not, but under guest recommendations I’d add Geronimo’s Trampoline Park it’s great for families with children. It was a bit pricy for two nights however, but the privacy was nice.

Nothing in reservation process told us that we were in a basement unit with 8 steep stairs. We are older and would not have not have booked a place with steep basement stairs.

Great place to stay while in the area for work. Shared washer and dryer with other unit saved me from spending hours at the laundromat. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat.

It's an older house so if you're in the basement unit it will sound like the upstairs guests are elephants stomping around (but you get that in hotels too). Neighborhood looks a little rough but I walked every night and never had any issues. Could be improved by the addition of a small window AC unit in the bedroom, there was a portable AC unit in the living room area though.

With a good cleaning and supplies fully stocked like soap and towels, the apartment has potential. The landlord needs to fully disclose that only access has stairs, is a downstairs unit with muffling and walking above.
