Nothing is interesting. That guest house is a scam
I book this guest house on line. But when i check on the map, there is no such name. I rove from 18:: to 22:00 looking for the place. When i call, all calls are on voicemail. If it wasn't about my sister who also book there i would have slept on the Street, the staff is shouting at me, the gates crashed my car, no security guards. Inside the room no toilets ad advertised.i have to share with other people the bathroom. The guest house is called uyolo guest house online but there is no such name in the buildings. . I was so disappointed and i am not only the person disappointed but my family and friends. There is no parking and tv was not playing. What a disgraced place. In port elizabeth ....nxa..i will never book any guest house any more. Only hotels for me from now on

The water was cold
There was no toilet paper, the room was cold
We asked for iron the lady tells us that it is in the other room she will bring it but she didn't bring when my friend go and ask for iron she said she will bring it but she didn't bring it so we decided not to order breakfast because of poor service

The bed was so small and uncomfortable, the room is cold.

The address given was fake and I ended up not finding the property. I had to make other arrangements and incur further costs. I want my money back!
Firstly they could actually exist. Secondly they can give me my money back!!!

Tamzin, the manager, tried her best to attend to the numerous short comings and problems. She should be awarded a medal. Location is good. Rooms spacious.
The house was really very dirty, especially the kitchen. There is a communal kitchen for all residents in the house and 2 communal bathrooms to be shared by all. The only en suite bathroom is in the so called family room. I booked for 4 adults and 2 rooms, but the family room was given to us which is definitely not suitable for 4 adults. The website gave the impression that the room comes with a fridge, stove etc, giving the impression that the family room is part of an apartment. There was no water in the shower. The lights of the first floor tripped continuously which had nothing to do with load shedding. The door of the family room could not be locked from the inside. Wife code was incorrect. Only 2 bathrooms towels for 4 people. The head piece of bed was loose and had to be removed because of noisiness. No interest from the owner.

The bedding was clean and the place wasn't noisy. Punji was very nice and her stuff....Punji is a very hospitable person.
The place wasn't swept....it wasn't clean, especially the kitchen.
The wifi 'Naidoo' didn't appear. Our bathroom didn't have clean towels and toilet roll. The place wasn't clean but it wasn't too bad

The staff was helpful and efficient. The room was clean. The property is close to the mall and the beach. I had a great time.

Place is safe, clean, easy to access, close to beautiful beach and has independent staying with all household needs. I cannot wait to return for a full weekend with my whole family.

The host provided tea for me even if it was not included in the payment. I loved the hospitality of the staff. I also appreciate the follow-up calls after booking, and the settling in arrangements,
I would have liked for some overnight toiletries to be provided in the bathroom.

The owner was very rude because we had visitors over but we never bothered anyone , and we never liked the fact that we had to share with other people the kitchen

The owner so sweet , welcoming and our bus from Cape Town arrived very early at 5am and we had no place to wait for the check in time and called the owner and she answered and said we can have an early check in.

There should be a sign on the building, staff didn't know the be uyolo.
The room should be aired before arrival, had a stuffy smell.
No one knew about my online booking upon arrival.
The reception area was full of laundry and the bath had spider webs and did not work
