What a fantastic home! We were in Cleveland for my son’s wedding and this house was perfect! It was spotless, spacious and comfortable! It was close to anything and everything we needed, but there were plenty of little extras that made our stay really nice. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property! My family stayed in this home while attending a wedding. We loved the open concept, which also provided plenty of room for us to gather as a group. The home has been completely renovated, so everything is new and clean. All of the furnishings are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is close to shopping and the freeway. Overall, a great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. We were in Cleveland for a family reunion. Very close to everything. Plenty of room for our group. Driveway is a little steep for the elderly but that was on the web site.
Owner was great to respond quickly to a few questions. We only cooked one meal but was happy with the pots for cooking. We had a great time!!

Had a great stay in Matt’s place! It has all the comforts of home- decorated beautifully and the closed in back porch makes a great spot for coffee and conversation. Plenty of space and nice kitchen as well as big screen TVs for movie nights! Close to restaurants and retail areas and super close to Lee University where we spent alot of time on this trip! Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable two night stay in this newly renovated property. It is perfect for 8-10 person family gathering including children. The only drawback is the property is not wheelchair accessible.. but I would definitely stay on this property again.

We enjoyed our stay in Cleveland. We were in town for our nieces wedding at Howe Farms Highland Chapel and wanted our family to stay together. My youngest son and his little family stayed downstairs and my in-laws, oldest son and my husband and I stayed upstairs. We had plenty of room to relax and visit with family in staying nearby. Short 30 minute drive to the aquarium and 20 minutes to the wedding venue.

I had a wonderful stay here with my teenage daughter and her three friends. There was plenty of space to spread out, the kids loved being able to have their own super comfortable space in the basement while the parents chatted upstairs. The house was very comfortable and clean with great decor but plenty of space for our things. Communication was quick and easy. There were many places to eat and shop within 5 minutes of the house. Over all a really wonderful stay!

Matt’s home is beautiful and centrally located to just about all of Cleveland. My family and I traveled here for a wrestling tournament at Cleveland High and this place was perfect for that- about 2 minutes from the school. The home is beautiful and Matt was an excellent host. Would stay here again.

We stayed here recently for four nights. The house was beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The layout of the house makes it a perfect place to hang out and visit. It is decorated with all the touches of home. I would hire them to decorate my house if I could! The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was top of the line. The back porch was a quiet, peaceful spot to relax. I can’t say enough great things about this house. Matt was wonderful to work with. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

It was a great property for our family. We were visiting my grandson and his family. We enjoyed Christmas there with his family. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook several family meals. The dining table was big enough for all of us. When we come to town again , perhaps in the summer, I would definitely rent this house again.

Could not ask for anything better!! The house is AH-MAZING!! It was perfect for our wedding weekend!! Renovations must have been done very recently. All the updates and decorations were out of a design magazine! So farmhouse posh!
The owner was incredibly prompt in his responses. I had some issues booking (through VRBO) Matt was awesome to work with, answer my questions and to accommodate me.

This place was perfect for our son's wedding. We came into town from Colorado and needed a home to prepare, execute and recouperate from our son's beautiful wedding. There was so much space to sleep, feed and entertain. Very clean and well stocked! Matt responded quickly and delivered a grill to me. The neighborhood and yard was lovely. Thank you!!!

This property was a great choice for us and our adult children to stay. Lots of room in a convenient location. The house appears to have been recently updated on the interior. All finishes are very nice. It was extremely clean and fresh. The owner was quick to respond to messages and was a great host. Function, convenience and comfort describe this property. Very happy renters!
We had an excellent stay at Matt's home. We were 2 families traveling together (7 people total) to raft the Ocoee. We had a wonderful trip and the house far exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and the kitchen/dining space was well equipped for preparing meals. It was great having two large living rooms and a screened porch. We had a great rafting experience with Quest Expeditions, which was only 20 minutes away. It was also nice to have several grocery store options within a short distance of the house. Would gladly rent this home again!

Beautiful property, two story-home, extremely spacious, and perfectly clean. We felt like we were in our own home. Beds were super comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe as we walked the streets often. Grocery store and main shops just a few blocks from the property. Property manager was always in constant contact - making sure they stay was perfect. A+

Highlight of our trip
We were in town for a wedding and this house was amazing! There was plenty of room, so everybody could spread out. The house is situated in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants. We couldn't have had a better experience.

The home was welcoming and clean. It is evident the owner took pride and care in remodeling the home. Finishing touches still needed in the lower level along with exterior and landscaping. Matt was responsive with questions / calls. The location was great with many conveniences easy on / off I-75. Thank you for the hospitality.

We were in Cleveland for Lee Day. Overall, this property was wonderful! The decor was amazing! The masterbed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes and things that you may need. The Keurig coffee pot, both single and full pot, was great! There were a few things that I spoke with the manager about as this is a new rental, but I don't think you can go wrong renting here! I am sure that we will be back.

The house really has a great at home feeling. We traveled to the town for my oldest daughter birthday. And we would spend our days in Chattanooga and our night at the house. Plenty of room for the kids to play and be kids and not be underneath each other. Very beautiful set up as well!
