This condo is so close to the beach, you’ll want to spend every day there (and we did)! When not on the actual beach we were on the ocean-facing balcony in awe of the breathtaking view. We loved that this wasn’t a huge high-rise of condos filled with guests because it was nice and quiet and plenty of space on the private beach. The condo itself fit our family of 6 very well. With 4 kids sharing one of the 2 bathrooms, we were pleasantly surprised that there was a door between the shower/toilet and sink area so more than one person could get ready at the same time.
Our only complaint was bedding. There was not enough sheets to utilize both pull out couches. The master comforter was very comfortable until we noticed stains in several spots (which was a bit gross) and the bottom sheet wouldn’t stay on that bed but we made due.
The condo has a ton of equipment/toys for the beach which the kids loved! Make sure to join in on the ghost crap hunts at night. Such a blast for all ages! Thank you Anna for sharing your green with us! I want to move to Florida now!

This condo was perfect for us. Convenient location to local restaurants as well as orange beach/gulf shores. The place was clean and accurately represented. The outdoor storage closet had tons of beach chairs, toys and even a wagon. Make sure you're aware this place only has one parking space per condo with additional parking across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The location on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool, was ideal--very easy access to the pool and short distance to the beach. We were very comfortable and the porch closet with beach supplies was a nice bonus. The owner was so gracious and helpful with any issues we needed assistance with. The only negative was having to pay for parking across the street as only one parking space is provided for each unit. We would happily book this unit again!

We absolutely loved this condo! Gorgeous views! We had a group of 9 people to stay. 8 adults and 1 child. We used the kitchen quit often. Definitely recommend. We didnt want to leave. Oh and that shower is amazing! Anna was great to work with as well!

I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit the Orange Beach/Perdido Key area. It was very convenient to many restaurants. Flora-Bama was very close and so much fun! We thoroughly enjoyed the music there. The beach was wonderful and just steps away! The pool was heated and very inviting. We spent a lot of time at the pool and walking the beach. It was not crowded like many beaches are. Our host was extremely responsive when needed. The condo is just as the pictures indicate. Very comfortable and inviting!

The unit was a great size and the amenities were just what we were looking for. Access to the beach was great and it felt like we had the place to ourselves at times. The beach was wonderful, just as advertised. We stayed here with 4 adults and two young children and had more than enough space. The stocked beach toy closet came in handy as well. We look forward to another trip to Perdido Key soon!

Our stay was magical! We had 5 people stay for a little over a week. We had two kids with us and there was plenty of room for us all. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the pull out couch was comfy. The view is spectacular and we were able to see dolphins swimming from the balcony almost every morning. There are binoculars in the tv stand too! We loved all the beach gear that is already here , we didn’t have to buy anything! Chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, inner tubes, and more. The pool was clean and not busy at all. We loved collecting shells in the morning and watching the dolphins swim. There are games for the whole family to play. The kitchen is stocked with a crockpot, blender, waffle maker, and coffee maker. We recommend Paul’s Pizza across the street on nights you don’t want to cook. We visited in October and the weather was wonderful! The beach is beautiful and the condo is too. We had an amazing time and highly recommend you book this condo! We were able to communicate easily with the owner and the responses were always prompt.

A very nice condo exactly as described. Worked well for our group of 8, but don’t think I’d stay here if larger group (advertised as sleeping 10.) Clean with nice decor that really makes you feel like you’re on a beach vacation. Loved being just a few steps from the beach. Has a great view from the balcony. Appreciate the property being smoke and vape free! The hall bathroom shower is super nice leaving the people using the “master” bath feeling like they’re missing out. HA HA but no big deal. The mattress on pull out couch in master is super uncomfortable but we only had a child planning to sleep on it who just ended up sleeping in king size with parents. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Lots of games to play and even some books to peruse. Tons of beach toys and floats in balcony closet, 5 or 6 beach chairs, only one beach umbrella that we saw. The Perdido Key area is great for a low key vacation away from large crowds. Just what we wanted.
To sum it up, we’d stay here again!

THE BEST!
We absolutely loved our stay at CasaPKey. The condo was beautiful and the location was great. Perdido Key is such a beautiful and quite area. We had some technical issues but none that was the owners fault and Anna made sure we were taken care of! I’ve never had such great communication and fast response time from any other condo owner. The balcony was our favorite part the third level was perfect an amazing view of the beach and close enough to be able to chat with people at the pool. The amount of things provided at the condo was a big bonus too! Lots of fun games for the kiddos we did game night almost every night and the kitchen was packed with everything we could imagine. We will definitely be back one day!

Wonderful Family Vacation
The condo location was perfect, right on the beach and not crowded. Spacious condo with plenty of room for our family group, the kitchen had everything that we needed and we especially enjoyed the deck in the early mornings and late evenings. We were somewhat concerned about the parking for only one vehicle but this was easily resolved with parking across the street. The condo was clean upon arrival and we had necessary items needed to start our week. Vacation was most enjoyable and we would like to return in the future.

Great location to beach and swimming pool. Clean surroundings and accommodations.
Owners changed after property had been booked and had to cancel and rebooked. Sand in the bed first night, All accommodations were great, beds were comfortable and a beautiful view. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and accessories.

We loved the condo. It was spacious for 9 of us. Air conditioner worked great. Pool was right below us. Easy access to the beach. Owner was easy to contact. Multi-generational family from age 80's to 8 mo. old. didn't seem to matter when you play a crazy game to UNO at the large dining table. Loved IT!

This condo worked very well for our multi-generational vacation. It had enough bedrooms & living space for us & our daughters & son-in-laws. Plenty of room to crawl for the babies. A TV in all the bedrooms & a really big one in the living room. We loved the fact that it was on the beach & we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The baby loved the pool. It was walking distance to a nice restaurant. It worked out well for our family.

Great Spring Break
The condo was great for our mom and daughter spring break trip. The girls all slept in the king-sized bed and moms had their own queen bedrooms. There is plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. The view from the kitchen, living room and balcony is beautiful. It's very easy to get down to the beach.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a few extra pillows. The host provides travel bar soaps, plenty of bath towels, cloths, dish soap, trash bags. They even had foil and plastic wrap. There were a couple of rolls of TP too which is more than I'm used to getting. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking.
There are a few beach chairs that had seen better days and poles for the umbrella, but no umbrella shade. I messaged Anna and she said that she would replace those items, so it should be good now. Plenty of sand toys there for the kids.
You can walk across the street for a few restaurant options, ice cream, sno cones and a little shopping. Publix is very close too. I highly recommend staying here. It was a great fit for us.

The check-in process was the only hiccup and that because the keypad battery had died. The owner was very quick to respond and was able to help us get in within about15 mins. The view from the living room was spectacular and the beach was just a few step away. The main shower was awesome. There were toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry pods which was a nice addition. Beach chairs and toys where available too. The WiiU was a lot of fun for the family in the eves.The unit was nice and clean as well. While these things did not affect our stay, there were a few minor things that could use repairs: The master bedroom headboard was broken or not hindged correctly so it was very loose and resting/leaning up against the wall, the master bathroom cabinet hinge was not allowing the one cabinet to close correctly, and while we did not use stove/oven the clock or display was malfunctioning. Again none of these things affected out stay and we would definitely stay there again!

this is a nice property with a beautiful view of the ocean. the condo is big enough for a large group or family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We would stay here again in the future.
