Condo was clean and well stocked. Wonderful oceanfront view for mountain folks who love a chance to look at the ocean! Great check-in experience. Only downfall was if we failed to stagger showers/children’s baths, we often ran short of hot water. Otherwise, everything was great!

The check in process was a little bit of a pain, small location and it was busy.
The condo was GREAT!! Clean and bright! The pictures don’t do it justice, we had 8 adults and had plenty of space!
We will definitely check for this location first for our next trip to MB!

Beautiful, spacious and well stocked oceanfront condo with relaxing beach decor, comfortable furniture/bedding, and good cold A/C. Wonderful lazy river, pool and hot tub. Great location with easy access to Highway 17. Very highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Host is very friendly and great to work with!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

This has been our top beach condo vacation. First time to North Myrtle Beach. The condo was spotless with a clean and airy feel!!! The three bed rooms were large and spacious and having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The large dining table and kitchen allowed for comfortable family meals when eating in. Great ocean views and access to the sand and beach is quick and easy. The pool on the property is large enough for everyone to enjoy! The only downfall is that we had to pack up and head home after the week ended!! We didn’t want to leave.

Condo was exactly as listed. Clean and beautiful! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Although a big complex we had no issues with noise or neighbors. Kitchen is the best stocked that we have seen over the years!

We had a great time at Crescent Shores! The property was very nice & had all we needed. We enjoyed being oceanfront and being so close to everything, and the lazy river & pool were great too! Thank you!

Property layout and space was fine, with beautiful view of the beach from balcony, which merits 4 stars.
We were disappointed to find not one amenity when we arrived. No hand soap, bath soap, paper towels, dish detergent, dish towel, dish rack, etc. We have stayed in other condos and houses and were always provided with a few starter supplies. If you are not providing these starter supplies, then you should put that in your property description so that your guests can come prepared. We had to go to the store right away for the basics.
Also, there was visible dust under the living roon tv table and sofas.
Finally, a sink in the master bathroom was stopped up, and because we arrived on Saturday afternoon, we had to wait until Monday morning for service to come.
Better that the cleaning people should be alert to this sort of thing while they are there and report the problem to the property manager.

On the paperwork I received & your instructions on your website said check in was 4:00! We arrived at approx 3:50, took 2 carts over filled with luggage, etc., went to room & cleaning crew just started cleaning & said would be another hour or so, took everything down to ground floor & waited by the elevators, only one bench to sit & there was 9 of us, no other place to wait with our full carts! Finally at 6:00 room was finished!! I in the meantime talked to someone at Grand Strand Mngmt., she apologized but said that cleaning crews have at least up to 5 o’clock to clean rooms! The website should not indicate 4:00 check in!!! I suggest maybe confirming check in time with Grand Strand!!

First time in Myrtle Beach
Such a great vacation! The condo was very nice. Location was the best - overlooking the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. We rented chairs and an umbrella for our stay, so we always had a spot on the beach. The kids had a blast - back to the beach every night after dinner and a short walk to Mr. G’s for ice cream after that. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was great! Beautiful view. Wide beach & beautiful sand. Layout of condo was comfortable with 3 large bedrooms. The decor was very nice. Disappointed with the level of cleanliness of the floors. The floors were not clean and we had to wear our shoes at all times; even after we requested & received a 2nd floor cleaning from the management company.

The condo was very nice. The only improvements I noticed was the King bed mattress needed replaced, (big ditch on the right side of bed), ice maker did not work and entrance door to condo was hard to get into.

Great stay!
Aside from some noisy neighbors upstairs, our stay was great. The unit was exactly as described and very well taken care of with an amazing balcony view. Not a lot within walking distance in terms of shops/restaurants but everything is a short drive away. Also very convenient with included parking garage right across the street.

The only thing that I didn’t like was we all had to wear a paper wrist band all week for the pool access and that was very hard with the kids and if you didn’t have one you had to leave . They were a little annoying every time at the pool they were checking all day....

It was nice to have our whole family with us along with two little precious grandchildren. The place was spacious that you didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was wonderful to have everything you needed.We would definitely stay there again we only wish Lisa had a four bedroom.Thank you so much for the memories we had there.

Vacation
Condo was nice. Check in and check out and parking was terrible! Only 1 elevator was working. Going down 5 flights of steps and then across street to get to car was really a hassle I wouldn’t want to do again

2019 Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and met all our needs Lisa was great to work with. My Grandchildren did not want to leave and I can’t say I blamed them. The week went entirely too fast.

The condo was very comfortable and attractively decorated with a great 5th floor view of the ocean. Although we did minimal cooking, the kitchen was well equipped to handle all cooking desires.
The property amenities included a lazy river, hot tub, indoor/outdoor pools a kiddie pool and an exercise room.

Nice condo, but short on supplies.
The condo was clean and comfortable, with plenty of utensils and small appliances. However, upon our arrival, there was not even a starter supply of toilet paper, so instead of unpacking, relaxing, and enjoying the beach, the first thing we had to do was make a grocery run to buy toilet paper. (We tried to call but the office was already closed.) Then we had to go back again the next day when we discovered there were no dish towels, cooking supplies or spices at all except for two small shakers of salt and pepper. We weren't expecting much, but we have never before stayed in a condo that did not have at least a roll or two of toilet paper,dish towels, or a few very basic kitchen supplies (spices, dish detergent, alum foil, etc.). Loading and unloading was also a hassle, as nearly everyone in the condo was arriving within a two hour period, and there was limited parking under the condo and only two elevators (one of which was not working when we left.)

Excellent condo with all the comforts of home
This is by far the most comfortable and well stocked condo we have stayed in. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals when you don't want to eat out and the bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. We had one small problem with an outlet in the kitchen. After a phone call it was repaired within an hour! We would definitely stay here again.
