Amazing location and great safe property. Very noisy inside because it is downtown but you can hear people talking on the street through the window, so if you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine and an eye mask because you can’t black out your room at all. There’s a large part of the window up top that is not coverable by blinds and lets in street lighting and sun. The apartment is decorated very cute! Noah who checked us in was very very nice to my mom. Unfortunately our patio door was unlocked when we arrived which made us feel uncomfortable because it does connect to another patio.. and a blanket in the blanket basket by the couch was dirty with a crusty clear stain.
Overall though, it is within walking distance to everything! And surrounded by great food.

The location was great to get to all the local tourist attractions. Condo was exactly like the picture. The Vacasa communication trying to get into condo was horrible.

I will not rent from Vacasa again.

I can’t emphasize this enough but you can WALK to all Seattle’s major attractions from here. We came for a concert at the Climate Change theatre and were able to walk there. We also were close enough to walk to the Space needle and Pike’s Market. The building has a pool and sauna, even a roof top deck with an ocean view! Everything was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo at Belltown Court through Vacasa.

Highly recommend this unit for it's attention to detail, cleanliness and location. The building is surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The unit is very well maintained. Owners so kind and thoughtful. They left a lovely bar of chocolate as a gift. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Even facial wipes and lotion in the bathroom. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Great WiFi and access to Netflix and YouTubeTV. Vacasa rep was available to answer all our questions. I will definitely be back.

My husband (81) and I (73) would stay here again, because of the location. We arrived by AMTRAK and walked to this location. This vrbo is centrally located for walking to almost everything a tourist would want to see. We left by a short walk to the ferry that goes to Victoria.

What a wonderful spot. Walking distance to the light rail, Space Needle and Pikes Market place. Tastefully decorated and added extras. Coffee, tea, Wi-Fi, and more. Super cozy and safe. We enjoyed wine on the rooftop balcony and the spa. Would stay here again tonight.

On our way elsewhere and familiar with area so we could pick and choose our activities. For a first timer you need good walking shoes or grab a handy e-bike and easily see the wharf from the Space Needle to the stadiums from this location.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this rental. It was clean, nicely decorated and very well appointed. We liked the little touches like wireless charging pads on the bedside tables, lots of dishes including kids plastic dishes. Do wish they had a regular coffee maker, not just a Keurig machine. The pool was nice. I was surprised by needing a Vacasa escort into the building the first time. I would have liked that to be disclosed first.
The unit is on the 3rd level and there is a fair bit of street noise, but that is to be expected so close to downtown. It was fine with the windows closed. Other people commented on noisy pipes, we did not experience that at all. The build itself was very quiet and we rarely heard anyone in other units.
I would stay here again.

This property was great as far as size, location, parking, price. The only complaint is the pipes in the adjacent units hum and skreech every time someone turns on the water or shower-cannot sleep through the noise.

A very nice place. Centrally located we walked to pikes market the space needle. Lots of dining places to choose from that all within walking distance. It got a little noisy at night as we could hear drunk people singing and laughing on their way. The property had some dirty spots along the bathroom baseboards and the rug in there should be replaced but this didn’t hinder us in any way. We would recommend this place and come back again

This condo is located in an ideal neighborhood, and a nice building. There is some street noise, but that is to be expected when staying in the city. The kids and I really enjoyed the sightseeing and the neighborhood, but there is a loud persistent squeaking noise in the condo that made it difficult to sleep, relax, or feel at all at ease inside the unit.
This noise was nearly constant, and so loud it could be heard over my white noise while I was sleeping, and over the sound of the TV. I contacted the property manager and sent many recordings of the issue and he promised a refund. After promising a refund, he quit responding to emails And I still don’t know what the status of the refund is. I do not recommend this condo, even though it is nice and then a good neighborhood because there are many other similar properties available that probably don’t have this issue. They need to fix whatever the problem is, if they expect people to enjoy a vacation in this unit.

Very pleased with our recent stay! Everything was very clean upon arrival, home actually looked exactly as advertised, sheets and pillows were extremely comfy. You couldn't beat the location - we did not have a car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again !

We stayed at Belltown Court for a downtown Seattle wedding. The accommodations were clean and very well-appointed. Check-in and check-out was easy! And the security was SO tight, I felt very safe and secure.
Warning: no air conditioning, but the large fans provided made the heat outside stay at bay.
I would definitely stay again!

Had everything we needed for the family. Very close to a lot of things even walking distance! Easy to use garage and felt like home. One thing I have to note, it is a very LOUD city. If you’re a light sleeper keep that in mind!

Extremely pleasant stay, right in the heart of Seattle! About a 10 minute walk from Pike’s Market, almost 15 minute walk to the Space Needle. Very clean building and accommodating to young children! Pool, rec room and gym had very reasonable hours, enjoyable for all. Convenience Market around the building was a life saver. Recommend for short or long stays in the city. Full kitchen with essentials and wifi all included.

This was a great apartment right in the center of things! Easy walks to many sights. Loved all the amenities and little touches like the chocolate and keychain. The Vacasa Ambassador also was super at explaining the rules and how everything worked. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay in Seattle for 4 days. The location was great and super walkable. The condo was clean and super cute. It didn’t feel cramped with 3 people and a dog at all!!! We would definitely recommend and stay again.
