This home is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week in January. The house was very clean and plenty of towels on hand which was nice. The only complaint I would mention is that the beds were not very comfortable. We only had 2 sunny days so the hot tub was very nice. Something to think about, It would’ve been nice to have a few chairs on the dock to sit on while we spent time at the house.

The check-in process was easy. The home was immaculate and huge. It had so many extras like beach towels, a stocked kitchen with more things than most people have in their home, bikes, fishing poles, kayaks, beach cart, beach chairs & umbrellas ...everything you'd want or need for a wonderful vacation. Small office area for those who needed to work. Instructions provided to help with the stay. The pool was gorgeous & so functional. Bathroom by pool. Rooms were huge and well accommodated. Good location. Appreciated the laundry room. Can't think of a thing we needed that wasn't provided. Felt like we were pampered. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Well worth the money.

The property is tremendous, clean, high end and incredibly relaxing. The Sonos sound system , the kayaks, the pool, the high end everything made this one of our best vacation rentals ever. Well worth the money, we will be back.

We rented a beautiful home on a canal in Marco Island that we found on Vrbo. It was absolutely gorgeous and was well-equipped with bikes and kiyaks.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. There were 4 teens and 4 adults and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. House was clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool and the proximity to everything Marco Island has to offer. We will definitely return!

This was one of the most beautiful houses we ever stayed in. We all loved it! The house has very large, comfortable rooms. We had so much fun staying in the pool and grilling out almost everyday. This is the only house that we saw that has a third floor terrace area overlooking the bay and all surrounding. Kayaks were a plus and we certainly enjoyed it! All perfect! We didn’t want to leave this house❤️and we sure will miss this place very much! So grateful for the wonderful, fun week at this location!

Fantastic Stay
The location was so peaceful. We needed a relaxed area and we got it. The home was immaculate. One of the cleanest properties that I have stayed at in a long time. Well maintained and equipped. Absolutely no complaints. Without hesitation I endorse this place to anyone looking for a #1 vacation type property. We will return for sure.

All One Could Want
The property was stupendous. It could not have been better equipped (including for fishing off its dock). Thoroughly enjoyed by all three generaions, ages (almost) 4 to 67. Only suggestion is that the living room could use some additional seating options for evening get togethers Our only disappointment was with the island and not the home. And it's on me. I should have known that the island apparently has only two public access points to its beaches and with limited parking. Get there by 10AM or perhaps you won't be going. Bikable for sure, but not for all of us. I would definitely consider being a repeat renter and come with our own solution to that "first world problem". Thank you for sharing your home.

Very nice home, had everything we needed for beach, cooking etc. rental company great to work as email reminders sent for garbage pickup, check out and other pertinent info. Kitchen was nice and big - a few more barstools would have been nice since there were 8 of us. Overall great stay!

Great multi-generational family vacation. We have been coming to Marco for years but this was the first time not staying at the JW. The beach setup was easy to access. House was clean and comfortable. House was well provisioned with kitchen items, bikes, cooler, chairs, and even fishing rods. We were lucky to see the dolphins come into the canals in the evening. The neighborhood is quite in the evenings but very peaceful.
