Kitchen was stocked well and had anything you needed. Freezer was an issue; the door would not open up. Maintenance came right away and looked at it and fixed so you could open. Everything stayed iced up and frosted over all week. It was a mess. The house did accommodate us well. There were 10 of us and everything was very comfortable. Fish cleaning table was in a weird place. you had to go through the house to get to it. No water hose available out front. Was at fish cleaning area so anything needing washed off had to be carried through the house. Its name is true It is the Sand Jewel. Sand everywhere. lol. We had to do a lot of cleaning to the floors on arrival and every day. The living room TV was the only tv you could watch. All others you had to have log in to your on Hulu, Netflix, etc.

So close to the beach! Loved sitting on the deck chairs watching the waves.

The view of the ocean from the big family table is spectacular. The beach access can't be beat, with fireworks in view on the Fourth of July. Access to restaurants and groceries is excellent, and the house is spacious.

The home itself was absolutely beautiful! Wonderful, updated decor and expansive views of the ocean. The problem is that we specifically booked this house for use of the elevator and handicapped bathroom. Upon arrival, the elevator was broken. We called Vacasa immediately to report the issue as my elderly father was joining us the next day. After getting the runaround, no one came to look at the elevator because they already knew it was broken and were waiting to get it replaced. I was truly disappointed that they did not let us know before arrival. We were supposed to get some sort of refund in the mail, but we were there over a month ago so I guess that’s not happening. Please don’t advertise accessibility when you know it is not accessible. I’m fairly certain that is a federal offense.

Loved the house. Great space, up to date, attentive service. Elevator did not work but we were compensated for that and stayed anyway. You need the elevator :). The only downside was the lack of towels (only one per bathroom). Owner does a great job of having about everything you could want including cable tv, internet, Netflix, kitchen equipment and other services. Also a great sound system with the tv. BBQ grill and telescope look good but both are shot and no longer working. Take binoculars to watch the dolphins. Also saw a couple of whales. Would certainly stay there again!

Great location, great house with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook and serve meals, hot tub needs a little upkeep. Overall fantastic house,

The house was VERY clean and roomy for our multi-family vacation. Location was amazing and beach access was right along side the house. There were a few reasons I didn't give it a 5 star rating. First and most upsetting was calls that I had made to Vacasa prior to our trip the representatives stated (after I complained about the late check-in time of 6pm) that if the cleaning people finished cleaning the house early we would be able to get in earlier. This was not the case as I arrived at 1:00 and sat in the parking area of the house. From 1:00 to 6:00pm there wasn't anyone there indicating the house was cleaned prior to my arrival. I called Vacasa around 4pm to ask if we could get in and Linda's reply was that the keyless entry would only unlock at 6pm. I was quite upset as this was 5 hours of waiting time that we could have enjoyed and started our week. Secondly the third floor only had sheers on the windows which when the sun hit it became very hot inside in addition to the neighbors could view us when the lights were turned on after the sun went down. That wasn't so bad as having a bedroom on the 2nd floor facing front of the house that only had sheer curtains which meant that dressing had to be done in the bathroom. Privacy curtains are definitely needed there. Living room furniture looked nice but was not comfortable at all. We fought for pillows to put behind our back to try and be comfortable. Other than not letting us in when we arrived the place is beautiful and service was very good as well. We did have to call the first day as the elevator got stuck while we were unloading our stuff to the house. Maintenance came within an hour and was very kind and fixed it within minutes. We will definitely rent this house again. I just hope a few of these changes are made.

This house has a great location, easy access to the beach, and it is well taken care of. The only “complaint” I would have is that you have to walk around the house to use the outdoor shower when coming off the beach to clean off before coming inside. Otherwise everything was fantastic.
