My son and I came up from central Arkansas to was a golf tournament. This studio apartment was just what we needed. The residence was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Loved the house. Was a little tricky getting to it. Toilet was not clean. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Beautiful setting.

The area was a great place to getaway with more activities than we could fit into our 4 days.
The property was in a beautifully wooded area overlooking a bay of a lake. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property is clean and nice - and the hosts were awesome. They had great recommendations for us for riding trails and fireworks (4th of July) So much fun to swim in the lake off of the dock in calm, clear water. We recommend this place - 5 stars all around.

It was a nice little place the owner was very willing to give advice for things to do, she was also willing to let us use her paddle boards and kayaks. The lake was small and not a whole lot of people out when we were which was nice.

We had an awesome stay. Sandy and Ted are wonderful hosts. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and you can tell that they have put a lot of thought into the details. They were so welcoming and made us feel right at home, including our dog! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

Our visit to the Bella Vista/Bentonville area was great! The stay at our Vrbo rental...perfect! My wife and I loved the above garage apartment. The view was amazing and we were very comfortable during our stay. We got to meet one of our host. She was a pleasure to talk to and was very concerned that we had everything we might need to make our stay the best it could be. We wouldn't hesitate to book with this couple again.

This was a nice place to call home for a few days. Not a large venue, but it has everything a person needs with several additional amenities. Our dog seemed to like it, too. Sandy is a very helpful host.

We were in town to look at buying property. We wanted to stay in the area and get the feel from a homeowners perspective. Peddler’s Cove was perfect for us. We loved the skylights and views of the woods! Forest bathing! We sat outside on the deck and listened to the birds. Perfect place to stay!

My wife and I had a wondeful stay at Pedaler's Cove. The cabin is perfect! The skylights were very cool and gave the place some great natural light. Everything we could have needed was provided and clean. The owners were very welcoming and quick to respond and help us with anything. The area was beautiful and peaceful. Made relaxing after a long day of MTB so great. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was super clean and had everything we needed. It was like staying in a tree house. One of the skylight windows opens and you can hear the birds and have fresh air come in. There was plenty of parking and the owners checked in my text each day to see if we needed anything. Sandy gave us suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Everything was great!!!

We had a great experience at this property. The apartment was extremely clean, cute and welcoming. Sandy was communicative and checked on us several times. We loved the sauna! It was a great way to wind down after a long day. I hadn’t used a sauna before so was a bit uncomfortable with the au naturale part, but Sandy made sure it was very private so we could enjoy our experience without worrying about anyone seeing us. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

First time VRBO guests, we weren’t sure what to expect. The
experience was amazing. The property was clean and cozy, tastefully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts, Sandy and Ted, were very hospitable and accommodating. They made sure our needs were met, providing more than just the basic amenities.
The location in the wooded community is scenic, peaceful and offers a relaxing atmosphere for outdoor activities, including paddleboarding and cycling. Bentonville and other nearby towns offer many attractions and restaurants.
Both our dogs enjoy the outdoors and settled in very easily. A dog park 10 minutes away was especially nice, well-maintained and spacious. It was situated next to a walking/bike path.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely
return whenever we visit the area. This VRBO experience has set the standard for any future bookings, and they have set the bar Very High. Book this rental! You won't be disappointed!

We absolutely loved this little lakefront loft! It was so charming, tucked away in the woods but also so close to everything! Sandy and Ted were gracious hosts, available for any needs and so welcoming to us and our trail dogs. Brittany Lake is a beautiful and peaceful lake and it was so lovely to return after MTB and relax with some SUP. We are looking forward to returning to Pedaler’s Cove again someday!

Arrived and was met by their dog Pippen and soon after met Ted. Place was clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood. We had access to the lake as well as kayak, stand up paddle boards and fishing rods. Nice to go mountain biking and then go jump in the lake.
Sandy kept in contact via text the whole time. We met her on the way out. Both Ted and Sandy are very nice and made the rental an enjoyable experience. Great spot if looking for quiet and being around water

This studio was perfect. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for us to explore the surrounding areas as well as the bike trails. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Loved having coffee in the morning on the quaint patio in the trees. Watched a fox the first morning and we were greeted by hummingbirds. The skylight above the bed opens and we could see some stars! The area is lovely. We visited the Wishing Well Gallery and walked the trail beside the gallery. Eureka Springs is a short distance and the drive is gorgeous. Thank you to our hosts!!

Communication with owners was super easy and fast from the beginning.
Home and VRBO is nestled in a super quiet and gorgeous area. Once you enter their driveway peacefulness begins! VRBO space is super cute and has everything you would need! Very functional and just what we needed.
We were given access to the lake prior to our room being ready which was fantastic. Paddle boards and kayaks were available to us and they even helped us understand how to get in/on them without falling in the water!
All the neighbors were super friendly. Great restaurants within 10-20 minutes. Hiking was also close. Wonderful wonderful time! Thank you for opening up your home to us.

A beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with access to paddle boards, kayaking or just floating around the lake. Sandy and Ted are wonderful hosts. I was there looking for a home to buy as I am moving to the area. Sandy was very helpful and considerate of my needs. My dog also loved it too. A very peaceful place.

This was one of our best experiences with a vrbo. Owner communicated great, contacted us the day before with details and even gave great advice about where to go in town. Would have loved to have used the kayaks that were available or use the bike trails that are everywhere in the area but alas...we had an infant. The room was perfect for us though and we had a great time. I usually write fairly balanced reviews but this really was a great spot, and my wife and I have talked about definitely coming back.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!!
This property was the perfect spot for celebrating our anniversary! So close to the biking trails, we did a loop around the Razorback Greenway, a beautiful ride through Crystal Bridges. We ate some fabulous food in Bentonville which is just a short jaunt into town and visited the Farmer's Market in the square.
Most of all we really enjoyed relaxing in this comfortable loft on Pedaler's Cove. Sandy is a great communicator and available for any questions or suggestions. We kayaked off their dock, and the use of the deck and beautiful landscape of this property was a bonus for our trip! We will definitely return in the future!
Bonus: We got to bring along our sweet little sheltie on the trip!
