We had a family reunion in the area and chose Seventeen Palms because of its location and beautiful setting! It did not disappoint. Huge kitchen entertaining area, spacious bedrooms and a whole separate apartment for when the old folks went to bed and the kids continued on! Pool was fun and everyone had fun on the pier - fishing, watching the dolphins swim by or taking in the spectacular sunsets!
Highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great beach house for my family reunion. We loved the house, the close proximity to the playground, pickleball courts and beach. We cooked all of our meals in the vast kitchen, we played cards on the screened in porch, we laughed into the evening. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend. PS use bug spray for the noseeums in the evenings and at the beach.

17 Palms has everything you need for a perfect family reunion! The house accommodated 15 of us with ease and you never felt cramped! Its a boaters paradise with a beautiful dock and boat lift and also walking distance to the beach! The host was very accommodating and easily reachable to answer any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO, you will not be disappointed!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend to celebrate a 65th birthday. Three generations enjoyed every inch of this incredible property. The kids swam as the adults lounged, gazing out at the intercoastal where we fished and saw dolphins, a shark, manatees, jellyfish and more! The kitchen was very well stocked, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable, there were endless places to sit, connect and feel like we were right at home. Every meal was eaten on the screened in porch, looking at the water, playing fooseball and relaxing. We went to the playground, the beach and used so many of the amazing toys and games the house was stocked with. I could go on and on complimenting this home for hours. The icing on the cake was the immediate responses, suggestions and kind communication that was had with the owner. Book it. You will not be disappointed!!

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The house is well kept and stocked with everything you need from beach chairs to toys to keep the kids busy. The view is beautiful during sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay with our extended family and always felt like we had so much room in the house. We hope to return in the future!

This house is a true gem! The space is perfect for multiple families and friends. We had 4 families all with children and infants and all felt we had our own space. Beautiful, clean, family friendly! The host was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect and clean. All the supplies you could ever need - towels, dishes, toys, beach stuff, pool floats ect! Would definitely come back again!

The property is phenomenal - spacious, clean, gorgeous decor. We attended a family wedding, 4 different family units stayed in this lovely home and we all felt like we had our own space. Well stocked kitchen, we were feeding 7 adults and 7 children. Great pool and incredibly well-stocked storage area with pool toys & everything you need for the beach: umbrella, chairs, sand toys, towels, wagons to transport items ... only 3-4 block walk. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. The hosts were friendly, extremely helpful, and accessible. Ideal stay!!!

This place was great, having 2 kitchens and 2 living areas was perfect for several families with kids. We couldn’t stay off the dock, the wildlife was so amazing. Kids walked to the beach, men fished off the boat dock, chilled in the pool when it got hot, and we kayaked with dolphins…there was something for everyone. Highly recommend!

It was amazing! Views all day are spectacular! Very clean! Easy to communicate with host team! My three year old grandchild is autistic and it was perfect for his safety with complete fenced in backyard and separate fenced in pool. It was the best and most relaxing vacation we have had! We will be returning!

What a great stay at this home for a family getaway! The views were amazing from every angle. Loved prepping meals with doors open to the water and pool area. Nothing felt like work. So much room to move around, from the expansive kitchen and dining areas, the outdoor patio and lanai. The exterior was amazing and we spent majority of time outside lounging, swimming or fishing from the dock. The house had everything and more. No need to bring anything but clothes and food. The owners were so attentive and communicative and were there for us at any moment needed. We will definitely revisit!

It was a perfect place for our large family and would highly recommend it. The property was beautiful, just as the pictures depicted. We had one or two minor issues which the property manager addressed immediately. They also made recommendations for things to do in the area for our large family. The grandkids loved the pool, the "big wave beach" (as they called it) and playground. The pool area accommodated the older kids, while the fence around it kept the littlest ones safe. Having a screened-in porch was lovely and we spent time there every evening. Overall, lots of fun!

17 Palms was the perfect location for our three-family (7 kids under 8) vacation. The views of the bay while swimming in the pool gave it a tropical feel (especially when the dolphins swam by). For those with little kids, the safety fencing around both pool and dock gave us a bit of comfort. Kids enjoyed the playground, pool, and three different beaches. There were plenty of tiki-style restaruants nearby, which were perfect for families. All-in-all, I highly recommend 17 Palms for those looking for a vacation with all the amentities, but want to avoid lots of tourists.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home! There were nine of us – 6 adults, two teenagers and a 17-month-old. The house layout worked perfectly for our family. Besides the master bedroom, there were two good size bedrooms on the first floor. All the downstairs bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. Upstairs worked out beautifully for the teenagers to have their own space if they wanted it. The downstairs kitchen (one of two kitchens), where we spent lots of time together, was huge and we could all gather around the large island.
One highlight for our family was the pool. Perfect temperature with lots of floats and toys for all ages. Plenty of chairs for sitting outside. Loved having all meals in the screened in outdoor area. Playground and beaches within walking distance was another bonus. Any questions or concerns were immediately responded to prior and during our trip.
Our family had an amazing time and would highly recommend it others for a home away from home.

The property was amazing, far better than expected. My family took a relatively unplanned trip to Florida to escape the cold winter of Massachusetts. We were thrilled with the clean and spacious conditions we found in the massive home. The proximity to the beaches and local shops and restaurants was perfect. We were a group of 6 adults with one child, and there were rooms left over. Plenty of room for a larger group. I would highly recommend the property.

This gorgeous house was the perfect setting for my husband’s bday celebration. We were 7 adults a 4 little ones and there was plenty of room for all. Gorgeous sunsets, heated pool, everything you need to prepare a meal at home, baby equipment, plenty of great restaurants near by, etc. In addition, Brian was an absolute gem tending to our initial requests and subsequent questions throughout our stay. We actually got married (off on a boat) but celebrated with a lovely dinner at the house. House and owner were fantastic to work with including making sure our kids (8, 9 years old) would be good to go! Amazing. Would / will stay again!

My family and I stayed here in October, we had an amazing time. This house is immaculate! I am a very picky person as to where I stay and sleep, this house was so clean that I didn't even have to clean anything when I got here. The house is beautiful, the view is beautiful, and the owners were so nice. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the Dolans for giving us an amazing time with our family. I just can't say enough good things about the house and the owners. We meet every summer for a beach trip with family. We selected this house because it was on the inlet side and we could bring our boats and watch the sunset. We had SO MUCH fun on the boats with knee boarding, wake boarding, tubing, and floating in the pool we barely left the house! It is a beautiful home with plenty of room for us all. The management responded immediately any time I reached out to them.

This house was amazing and the hosts were phenomenal. My family and I have stayed at many beach houses and this one by far is the best. I stayed with my family (parents, in laws), including 3 kids (toddlers and young kids), and this house had everything and more that we needed. It was spacious, clean, and had all we needed from toys for the kids, a baby swing, play cars, and everything we needed for the beach and pool. It even had outdoor games and fishing poles. It was fun to fish at the dock in the back. To top it all off, the hosts were super accommodating and attentive. The check in and check out process was easy and smooth. They provided great recommendations for the area and were great at communicating and answering any questions or concerns. We look forward to returning. We stayed a whole week and wish that we could have stayed longer. This was a great deal as well for a family stay. The house has a park and multiple beaches nearby. I highly recommend this house. It really is a dream vacation home.

This place has been by far the best place I’ve stayed at!! Everything was perfect!! The house has such a beautiful view. The house itself is stunning. The house has everything you need from towels, blankets, pool floats, beach necessities and anything else you will need on vacation. The owner is so sweet as well and makes sure you are well taken care of. I definitely recommend and I’m for sure coming back again!!

This property is absolutely amazing and a must see! We had a few family and friends stay recently for my husbands 70th birthday and every minute of our time there was one of the best we have experienced - ever! The house is absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect, and the sunset views are the best around. Also, I have never seen so many amenities on the property, there are just to many to name. Fabulous Beach Vacation
My family and I had an incredible time at our beach getaway at Seventeen Palms! The house was very clean, spacious and modern, with a total beach vibe. The minute we walked in and saw the breathtaking water views we felt relaxed and didn’t want to leave. We went to the beach everyday for a long morning walk and again for an afternoon swim. There was a beach at the end of the road with a large playground and another 2 blocks away. There was also a private beach for members only where we were the only ones there! We chose to enjoy the short stroll but its only a minute car ride. We loved hanging out by the pool and watching the beautiful sunsets from the screened in patio. We mostly cooked our meals but did venture out to a few local restaurants for drinks and live bands. Our getaway was to relax which is exactly what we did in these beautiful island surroundings. Even caught dinner one night from the backyard dock. Thank you hosts for stocking the house with everything we needed. We will be back soon with more family members!

We had fun trying the numerous restaurants and Tiki bars and even went horseback riding on the beach. We also rented a pontoon boat and spent all day at one of the many sandbars right by the house. We ran out of time but next time we will rent jet skis and explore the area. Thank you for being such a great host and for making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, umbrella and wagon to haul it all was very appreciated as were all the games provided. Looking forward to our next visit which will definitely be longer. “Slice of Paradise”
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. From the beginning the host sent us a link with all the To Do’s …restaurants, museums, grocery stores, bars, flea markets etc. we weren’t at the home more than an hour enjoying the breathtaking views from the dock when we spotted a family of dolphin welcoming us with their performance.
Seventeen Palms is spotless, the towels are plush as the beds are so comfy with comfortable linens.
The private beach is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. Don’t overpack there are beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, fishing poles, I even saw some sand toys if you bring little ones.
Every evening we sat on the dock and watched the magnificent breath taking sunsets, so many tasteful details make you feel right at home.
We will definitely stay again next spring, first time in Ft Pierce FL a great little hidden gem.
Oh and if you like margaritas a must stop is famous Archie’s for the Jalapeño Margarita a famous little memory making spot to try.

Best Vacation Ever!
I booked a short stay at the Dolan House this month and was extremely pleased with the Home and the amenities! The home is huge and was able to very comfortably accommodate my large family. We loved the cleanliness and the open concept of the home. Every room has a private bathroom and my daughter and her children loved loved loved the upstairs apartment. The view of the Bay is gorgeous and we spent the evenings enjoying fabulous sunsets on the beautiful dock. The children loved fishing from the dock and we saw plenty of snook and even saw some dolphin close to the dock. There were lots of games for the children and adults which we enjoyed in the evenings. The hammock was so inviting I actually fell asleep listening to the sounds of the waves. There is a playground a short walk from the home and lots to do on the island. The serene beach is a 5 minute walk from the home . We enjoyed the pier and all the local restaurants and tiki bars. It was a perfect place to unwind from the every day stresses of life. The host was very attentive and accommodating and we can see why they love this area. We hated to leave but will definitely be back soon.
