Charleston was amazing, lots of history and great weather. the vrbo we stayed in was adequate for our needs. some updating of furniture and additions of some - like in the bedrooms ( maybe a night stand or two ) would be nice. Dinning room table & chairs ,not very comfortable for seniors

Very clean house was exactly as described. It’s minutes from everything and on a quiet street. Next time we go to Charleston I hope this place is available. I would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! I would highly recommend others to take advantage of the convenience of this condo … minutes from downtown and Folly Beach.

Location was great for travel to Citadel, grocery store, and Folly Beach. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Would have liked to have a night stand next to bed for morning coffee but all else needed was provided.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the host was always available to answer any question we had. Perfect for a girls’ getaway!

We spent labor day weekend in Charleston and loved this property. It was in a great location with plenty of food options class by. Very easy access and easy to find

Great location- easy to find. Served our needs. Only suggestion would be more items available in kitchen- little things like hooks n BR n bedside tables. Overall good place just needs few more things. But I would definitely stay there again. Cleaning company needs to do little better job. Not many cleaning supplies or towels if we wanted to clean something up ourselves. Thank you!

This was the worst VRBO we ever stayed in after staying in probably 20+ others. We booked a week but left after staying just one night. We didn't arrive till after 8:30 PM and found the return air supply and supply air ducts covered thick in dust and dirt. It was disgusting. The supply air right above the main bed had black stuff inside. It didn't seem healthy. The bedroom closets have bifold doors and in two of the rooms half of the doors were off and standing inside the closet. One of the closets had dirty sheets thrown on the shelf and were now visible since the door was off. There was no toilet paper in either upstairs bathroom when we arrived. Who cleans a unit and doesn't put toilet paper in the bathrooms? Luckily, we did find some in the downstairs closet. The couch was dirty and my wife wouldn't sit on it until we covered it with one of the bed comforters. The smoke alarm was hanging by the wires and not attached to the mounting plate. Look at the bedroom photos carefully. The main bedroom does have a dresser but that is the only thing in any of the 3 bedrooms besides a bed. No bed side tables or lamps. In fact, there is not a lamp in the whole unit, just overhead lighting. Renters beware, I would never stay in this unit even if it was offered for free. Neither the owner nor VRBO were helpful regarding any type of refund.
