Perfect little condo for one or two. Clean and comfortable away from all the craziness but very close to everything. The beach is quiet and very private.

This unit has the best location, view and accessibility. We used the stairs when coming to and from the beach, drank coffee and ate breakfast on the balcony looking at the waves, and slept like babies in the comfortable bed.

Sea Heaven is ideal for a solo or couple's getaway. It is cozy, but well-furnished, with good amenities, friendly on-site staff, and a great beach view (and access) away from the noise and bustle of Seawall Blvd.

We have stayed at a number of units here and this one is at the top of my favorites. Also has beach stuff in closet like chairs and an umbrella.

Great quiet location, amazing ocean view. I had everything I need to enjoy the stay. Definitely I recommend this place.

We loved staying here! It exceeded our expectations. The beach is private and was never very busy. We were close to all of the attractions but this location felt like an escape for the touristy areas. Would definitely recommend!

After an impromptu work trip to Galveston, I decided to spend the weekend and found this rental. It was everything it claimed to be. The studio is perfect for one or two. I was very pleased w the resort amenities and will definitely be back. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The captain rocking chairs were perfect for the deck. All that was missing was a small table between the chairs on the balcony. The upgraded amenities in the studio are nice too. The boardwalk to the ocean and the pool are on point! A very quiet stay. Looking forward to a return trip as the resort staff are extremly helpful.

I loved this property! It was great! The one thing I did not like though, was the 10:00 checkout time. That’s a little early for a checkout and gives no time to enjoy the room or the ocean on that last day.

There really is nothing remotely to complain about or a downside to this accommodation. Fantastic Stay!

This was an excellent trip. The room was beautiful but the fog was a beast as we couldn’t see the ocean.

Sea Haven is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the beach (no busy roadway between Islander East and the water). Gate at entrance made me feel safe. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The rental was clean, well-stocked, and staff was friendly and helpful. We would rent there again.

Loved the views. Unit was updated. TV had all available streaming channels. The bed was very comfortable, and the small kitchen was all we needed. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars was the cleanliness of the bathroom, mainly the baseboards, and the bathroom door didn’t latch. There was not inner latch workings in the door knob mechanism. It was just me and my husband, so not really an issue. I’m guessing these things can be resolved with housekeeping and maintenance. All in all, we would certainly rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful time. Having access to a private beach and WITHOUT having to cross a street is amazing. Also, the bed was super comfy!! The only other thing I could have asked for is a screen on the sliding glass door so that it could be left wide open while enjoying the amazing sound of gulf during the night. Other than that, it was perfect!

Staying here was such a cute and wonderful experience that we will remember forever! It was just perfect for us, the view from the condo was one that we got to appreciate every day. Although we were just steps away from the beach, the condo had a pool that we went to every day! It was so cute and lovely. This condo is such an adorable and perfect fit for any small group or couple! We loved the decor and the location and it was overall so fun and awesome! We truly hope to return again someday! :)

This was a perfect place for a quick getaway for my team daughter and I. The property is as described. It is small that has everything you need. Beach towels are even provided! The Islander east property has a great pool and other outdoor activities to enjoy. The beach is a short walk down a dune bridge and you were only minutes away from dining and other attractions. That sounds good

We would stay again! The views are incredible - straight to the ocean, with a greenery buffer that enables lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. Because there is no wall on the south west side of the balcony, views extend down the coast. Bring binoculars. The unit looks as it does in the pictures. Some thoughtful design features we especially appreciated were the raised rocker sliders on the balcony, the sofa couch whose cushions stay attached, and the style of blinds. The building itself is undergoing work, so future guests should benefit from an elevated experience. The reason for the deduction of one star are as follows. The unit was not well-cleaned. Some examples include lots of dust and grime on baseboards and the headboard, hair stuck on surfaces including the windows, soap scum and other stuff caked on the shower tiles. The bottoms of my white socks turned brown after walking across the floor. All but one item we pulled out of the cabinets were dirty, and the cabinets themselves had some stains that looked as though they could be wiped off. There was trash under the sofa bed, random shells and sand on top the refrigerator, and empty boxes in the cabinet.... The worst for me was that when we pulled the sheets off the bed before we left, we saw that the mattress pad was dirty. I get that there is a sheet in between, but it was gross. We were informed that concrete work was being performed on the building from 10AM - 4PM, but it started around 8 am. (Hopefully, we had the worst of it; we couldn't hear each other talk one morning while it they were working close by, which made for comical censoring.) (Separately, late-rising guests should note that leaf-blowing/lawn care started before 8am.) Tennis courts were closed the entire time we were there, and we were not informed that this would be the case. Our planned vacation was a "beach and tennis getaway" and the access to courts factored into our reserving there, so that was a bummer. (They are undergoing repair work and resurfacing, so future guests should have access to refreshed courts). Until such time as repairs are made, guests should note that the bathroom door knob was non-functioning and could lock a guest in the bathroom. That was quirky - because we realized that it wasn't a matter of being broken or a poor installation; the unit itself should not have been installed. (Vacasa offered to replace this while we were there, but asked them to wait until after we departed). The bathroom shower doors are installed such that someone can crush their fingers while closing the door. The inside handle is now loose because of the colliding surfaces. (This is an easy fix). Also, water escapes from the shower unit, near where the two doors meet. (Also an easy fix). (The unit did not come with a bath mat, so we had to give up one of our towels for this). A knob on a kitchen cabinet isn't secure and comes off easily. Rain enters from the sliders. (A bath towel was completely soaked and dripping after a brief strong rain from SSE.) Guests who mind living out of a suitcase, should be aware that extra sheets filled two of the four dresser drawers. (Also, the closet floor was dirty). The unit did not come with a vacuum, dust pan or broom. Oddly, it came with solid dishwashing tabs, but we did not find a dishwasher.) Note the description in the overview of "shared washer/dryers onsite" means coin/credit card laundry available). Please note that these issues would not dissuade me from renting the unit again. These are all things that can be addressed. As a precaution, I would definitely leave my belongings in the car and inspect the unit first including stripping the bedding, so that issues can be addressed by before bringing up all our necessary vacation goodies in our overfilled car. :)

This was the best spot for us during this trip. We were looking forward to a quiet little getaway and this location did not disappoint. Well equipped and very clean. There was not anything we didn't have in the condo that we needed. Kitchen was equipped well and how can you beat the almost private location on the island. Not a lot of traffic and almost a secluded section of private (feeling) beach. The parking lot was gated and the front desk staff was helpful at the very least. The evening front desk staff was over the top gracious and kind. Would stay here again just for the rocking chairs and the view. Sun rise is pretty spectacular from this spot.

Just like the pictures! Stayed two nights with my little family of 4 for a short little vacay. We loved it! The heated pool was a plus too! It was clean and didn’t have any trouble. Nothing Negative to say about it!😊
