Just minutes walk from both bay and ocean.

Very unhappy. Not clean, dirty toilets, counters, carpet. very bad odor, and caught homeless person person sleeping on our porch.

A great location walking distance from the beach, restaurants, parks, and easy drive to all of San Diego's attractions.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants. The house is big and clean. Will definitely book again sometimes next year.

I was a little disappointed in the condition of the common area. The couch was on the verge of breaking, the leg was turned in ready to break and when sat upon it slopped to the middle. The two chairs were dirty. As I mentioned during our stay someone had thrown something on the ceiling leaving brown spots. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean, except for the master bath where a portion of the flooring was missing. The BBQ was not working and had to be replaced. We also had a problem with the dishwasher not working. We could not get it to stay on and wash the dishes. It may be we just couldn't figure it out. The location was good and close to restaurants.. When I called and reported the BBQ it was quickly replaced the next day.

this house is everything you need in a rental. You have enough rooms to sleep all of your friends, living room has plenty space to hang out. This is also less than a 5 minute walk to the beach so it is a perfect location. The house also came with lawn chairs for the beach and all sort of fun games. I would definitely recommend for group of friends or family.

FIRST - the parking is falsely advertised. They say (2) car garage, tandem, but unless you have (2) small cars, you will never fit in there. They say it is 32’ deep, but the exit door opens inward and the owner has items at one end taking away 4+ feet of space. This leaves approx 28’. The avg. car length is 14.7’. PLUS, you have just enough space (width) open your door half way to squeeze out. And street parking was impossible due to time restrictions and minimal availability. SECOND - There was a lot of water leaking under the sink. We immediately turned the water off and called VACASA. It was Friday at 5pm and I waited on hold for 15 min before using their chat option. It was useless!! We went the entire stay with no one coming to check it out and no kitchen sink use. I “chatted” with them daily asking for updates and only received the run around and scripted responses from their AI system. When I finally spoke to someone live, I also received scripted response and no resolution. NEXT - the underside of the bed on the top bunk in the bunk bed room was in bad condition. It was torn apart and there were pieces of fabric that were hanging over the bottom bunk. Plus, the planks were thin and one fell off as they were getting in bed. They did not feel safe sleeping on top and slept on the couch. LAST, there was a homeless person sleeping at our front door (then he moved to gated area when found) and we never felt safe afterward. Overall - not a good stay at all!!

the place itself was nice however i felt a bit misled with the ac only on the top floor. the parking was a nightmare - there were cars across the street that create an issue backing into the spot. the next door neighbor had the same issue. ended up havgin to look for street parking and paid $120 in parking for the weekend. i emailed and texted vacasa with zero response other than its being "looked into" and no response was recieved. i also asked for late checkout given all the issues and was told its not part of the reservation and not one piece of grace was given for the parking issues. this is moreso a review of vacasa itself vs the home which was fine outside of the parking issues.
