The house was in a great location and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed our monthly stay with a few family members. On arrival the house was infested with ants, and the person we contacted had a pest company come out in a few days which was very helpful. The screened in porch was covered in some kind of rat pellets so we were not able to use it for fear it was not pet friendly. The pool bath shower would not drain and a plumber did come out to fix it a few days later. The guest bedroom that is pictured to have two twin beds was actually a set of bunk beds which were not adult friendly.

We stayed the month of July at this beautiful property. So close to the boat ramp and marina you could toss a coconut to hit it. We spent our days fishing for mahi, grouper, snapper and Hogfish. We went spear fishing, snorkling, and diving. We lobstered for mini season. We cooked at home and we ate out at all of the local hot spots. The pool was so relaxing in the afternoons and evenings. The beds were comfortable. The electronics were great. The set up was perfect for our family with occasional guests. Excellent time.

I’m hesitant to write this as someone may rent this beauty when we want it again but the Key, street, house and the owners can not be replicated. We’ve spent most of the Winter here and it’s been simply perfect. Steve & Laura have been incredibly helpful and we would return to no other place. We will certainly return next year.

Very comfortable, clean and modern. The place left nothing to be desired. Host was responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to this property.

The house was absolutely amazing. From a vacationers perspective, a boaters perspective, and a dogs perspective this place hits all the marks. The attention to detail makes this place complete luxury. From the kitchen ware and cutlery to the Sonos sound system and boat lift the property really has it all. The beds are comfy and our little dog loved chasing the boats going past the house. We got lucky and had a couple of ripe pineapples from the plant and they were the best ever. Seriously. The paddleboards and chargrill charcoal propane combo grill were used during our stay. Top notch gear. The kitchen is amazing and so are the beds. The living room will almost force you to take a nap it’s so peaceful and calm. Lawn care on point. The house is close to the channel and the marina, we were able to get fuel and get on to our destination each day easily and quickly. We even caught mangrove snapper off the bulkhead in the canal and saw plenty of lobsters. The Polywood patio furniture is really comfortable for pool days. We didn’t use the JetSki? lifts but there’s two of those if needed. Easy to back a 26’ boat in. We really did our best to take advantage of everything and this house accommodated it all. We had both family and friends join us for a week or two. Some had kids and some didn’t and again the house accommodated it all. We really loved sitting in the kitchen while cooking breakfast. The granite on the island is a true centerpiece. We had such an amazing time and couldn’t ask for anything more. This will be our first look for the next vacation!
