Large house that is well appointed, including a fun game room for the kids.

The house is amazing. It is very modern and clean. Central air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. Communication with Stephanie was smooth. We look forward to renting again next summer.

We were pleasantly surprised by this home and will definitely stay here again. Here is a quick overview of what we liked and didn’t like. Pros: - so, so, clean and well taken care of! From a new sponge at the sink to spotless bathrooms and complimentary laundry detergent, it was obvious that this home is meticulously cared for and it’s guests’ needs thought of. - the beds are so comfortable. I usually have a hard time staying places other than home because of uncomfortable mattresses, but these were great. - so much space to spread out and relax. Comfortable couches, great windows for a cross breeze and plenty of streaming services on the TV if you wanted. - quick responses from the hosts when there were questions and clear directions for getting comfortable in the home as well as checking out. All drawers and light switches are even labeled for convenience. - 30 minutes from Storyland and 20 minutes from North Conway. Cons: - the cold water for the washing machine could not be turned on without leaking, so we could only wash stuff with hot water. Not a big deal since we brought enough clothes to last the week, but people hoping to pack less and wash things that can’t be in hot water would run into an issue. Literally, that one con is not enough IMO to take away the 5 star rating. We are already thinking of dates to lock in for our next trip.
