Perfect views and spacious interiors always are the BEST aspects of a stay at The Hidden Dunes! Pre-arrival maintenance that would benefit the guests could include: cleaning out the tub & sink drains, cleaning the shower door in primary bath, check the condition of kitchen items for cleanliness and usability. We enjoyed the balcony furniture, plenty of seating. The Murphy bed was a big help, too!Renters should bring extra towels if you have a group of 10 or more.

Everything was perfect for our vacation at Hidden Dunes. This condo has amazing views and nice furniture. The balcony is huge and has a nice set of Adirondack chairs so you can see over the balcony railing. It included 2 sets of beach chairs 2 umbrellas and beach service for free. We will be back!

We love Hidden Dunes property and have stayed here many years. This unit had a few issues that need to be addressed 1) The dishwasher pulled out from the cabinet every time the door was opened. 2) The dryer had a broken piece around the door and would snag and ruin items that got caught on the rough edge. 3)The other problem was with the water pipes. Every time the water was turned on (all sinks and dishwasher) it made a sharp shrill noise that could be heard in every room. Very irritating when someone washes their hands in the middle of the night!!
We called maintenance when we arrived bc the light was out in the master bathroom toilet area. They said they would come that day or the next but by Sunday afternoon we had to get a bulb, climb up and change it ourselves bc it isn’t good to have a bathroom without a light at night. I called to cancel the maintenance request Monday morning. Response was “okay.I’ll tell them”….not a sorry we didn’t take care of it.
I gave an overall rating of 4 stars because the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay even with the issues.

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. The beach was awesome and weather great the whole week. We went 1 day to Shell Island which was fabulous. The 2 sets of beach chairs saved my back! We will definitely return to this condo.

Good. Was as pictured. Needs some updates. Called twice for repairs on garbage disposal a couple days before we left, never showed. Some slow bath room drains.

Condo was very spacious. We had 11 in our group. Beds were comfortable except for pull out couch. My daughter said you would be sleeping on the coils. She used an air mattress instead. Dishwasher was a little rocky--not bolted in. I would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed the condo and the place. Elevators were amazing . Only thing that was bad was the dryer had a bad spot in it and tore up our beach towels. I think they need to replace the dryer. Other than that I would for sure go back.

The view was beautiful and relaxing. We loved the access to the beach and the availability of the chairs. We all had plenty of room to sleep with the 10 of us. The only thing if we had to be nit picky was one of the bathroom tubs drained slowly.....
We would definitely stay again!!!!

Over all this unit was amazing. This is our 3rd year staying at hidden dunes and we have not been disappointed yet! I won’t stay anywhere else!
My only suggestion for this particular unit would be to declutter and organize the kitchen cabinets.

We had a wonderful family vacation celebrating my father's 80th Birthday. The Condo was beautiful, on the pristine beach. This end unit was bright and airy. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed for our family meals, to include a crockpot. The unit had a few minor maintenance issues that were resolved right away. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The unit was surface cleaned, but could probably use a deep clean whenever there is any week without rentals. That being said, we would definitely rent this spacious condo again for a family vacation.

Pros: location, included 2 sets of beach chair and kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances, utensils, cooking, baking & dining ware
Cons: condo (rugs, floors, pantry shelves & windows) were filthy and we emailed about condition and got a "thank you" we will let housekeeping know for next time. Thank goodness bathrooms were clean otherwise we would have high-tailed it out of there! Condition of the condo was VERY run-down: missing towel racks, broken dresser drawers, large section of missing tiles from breakfast bar and sliding door to the balcony didn't work. NOTE: the day we were leaving (4/1/23) this condo actually went on the market FOR SALE, so I suspect this is probably why no one cared to address our concerns and why they had "let the condo go." Honestly, I don't blame the Owners - it's the property management company that should be held accountable, but yet they did NOTHING to address our concerns.

We had an awesome vacation! The condo was great for a big family. Elevators were fast, pool was awesome and the beach/beach chair service were fantastic. The beach was not crowded with lots of space for little ones to play.

The condo was great! Good location, clean, had everything we needed. View was beautiful from the terrace! Beach beach was spectacular. Management was quick to respond with emails. Check-in was easy!

The unit is very spacious and well appointed. The luxury of three bedrooms with individual baths is so welcome. The view of the gulf is beautiful. We saw pods of dolphins. The weather was very nice.

Unit was nice and roomy, but could use some updating. The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was ok. A couple of ceramic tiles fell off the wall the first night while we were sleeping, and woke us up. We reported it to the ECDI #.

Overall nice large condo and very well stocked. Icemaker didn't work and was not fixed while we were there. Bathroom fixtures really need to be updated as some are rusty. Otherwise, very nice and spacious.

This is one of the most spacious condos we have stayed in! It really felt like we were at home and not crammed into a hotel room. The floor to ceiling windows all the way across the condo ensures you have a perfect view of the ocean at all times! We love staying on the east of town. The beach was not crowded and 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas?!?! This was the 1st time we did not have to lug down a whole bunch of things. Just a bag for towels and sunscreen, very nice bonus! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Hope to stay here again soon!

We had a wonderful time at Hidden Dunes 701. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Great views and beautiful weather also contributed to a wonderful family vacation. Our three youngest grandkids (ages 7, 7, 8) loved the pool and the little Murphy type bed...the three section mattress was perfect for them to have their weeklong “cousin sleepover”. They fit perfectly sleeping on it sideways giving their parents some privacy in the bedrooms. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. We had 6 adults, 2 teens (14 and 15) and the three younger ones. Perfect size!!! Thanks for a wonderful week!!
