The unit is attached to a cute little house with a cute little garden that is nicely decorated. I liked the neighborhood, the beautiful lake front is nearby, an easy walk for most. I felt that the area and property itself were safe and drama free. My primary complaint and why I gave four stars is my perception of a lack of privacy. The head of the bed is right next to a door that is obscured by a curtain. I could easily hear the inhabitants conversations and the music they were listening to. Which means they could hear any conversations I was having. Needless to say I went for a drive in my car when I needed to speak with my wife on the phone and I wanted total privacy. The owners seemed nice enough, friendly and normal. So I didn’t fear for my safety. But I guess you never know. Some people may find it unsettling to have a door right next to their head while sleeping. Also, the unit has a very small ‘manufactured’ shower that larger people may have a problem using. And finally, the unit did have a peculiar smell. Wasn’t necessarily foul but not pleasant either. For the money and what is available in the price range of the unit, it is acceptable. Personally I did and I would suggest to other people that in lieu of staying at this property, find a budget hotel/motel to stay at.

I stayed for two weeks. Lovely little room for one or two people. Very quiet and convenient.

A very charming place. Was very close to the beach and good places to hang out. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is exactly as we expected, and the amenities were just an convenient as any hotel. This is well managed and worth your time.

Perfect for a couple nights, me and my boyfriend stayed there to go surfing. The AC was having some problems and the owner was there within the hour to fix it👍🏼
