The unit was as advertised and very nice. The location in the Brewery District is perfect. Building amenities (bocce ball, ping pong, pool table, shuffle board, and pinball machine) were great for our kids. Communications with property management didn’t start until a few hours before check in, which made me a little uncomfortable, but once started they were excellent - very responsive. The unit had thoughtful touches like k-cups for coffee. The negatives are the unit had only 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 spoons, no baking pan, no dishwasher detergent, streaming only TV (not easy to get football games), a broken chair, etc. the problems were mostly small annoyances that we worked around. I would stay here again.

The unit is nice if yiu do not plan to cook at all...stove top is old electric pop in burner style and uneven. The pots and pans are terrible quality with loose handles. There are very little supplies in the kitchen, not even foil. If yoy want nice bathrooms and rock hard temperpedic beds this is the unit for you.

The property was a great location. We were only there for 2 nights but we were able to fit a lot in because it was only about a 5-10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. The condo was spacious and very clean. Kasa was great to deal with when I had questions and the instructions for check in, parking, etc were very easy to follow. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo is in a great location to go to Bucks games and see the historic brewery area of Milwaukee. The free parking and game room were bonuses.

Went for a ladies getaway. Nice building and condo. We could walk to a few restaurants and just a short drive to Riverwalk and downtown.

Great Place to stay
Great location! Felt safe, great views of Milwaukee and lots of bars, restaurants within walking distance. Super easy check in process! Also, thank you for checking in on us throughout our stay as well. Very organized. Clean, spacious apartment with nice for fitness room and parking. Would definitely stay with Kasa again. Also appreciated the option for early check in or late check out. Highly recommend this place. 😄
