La limpieza, accesibilidad ,decoración, muy tranquilo, la amabilidad del propietario , nos recibió con una botella de vino, que aunque no bebemos , se agradece el detalle, garaje muy cercano a la vivienda. La ciudad de Carmona es un encanto y sus vecinos ayudan a mostrarla, Una ciudad para relajarse y disfrutar de su patrimonio. Gracias

Pour un séjour d’hiver, le chauffage est insuffisant, Nous avons eu froid. Manque de sièges confortables si on est 4. Seulement 1 canapé et 2 poufs.. Bref, l’appartement est bien pour 2 adultes pas pour 4.

Buen situado amplio cómodo bien decorado y con plaza de aparcamiento aunque no en el mismo edificio, a unos 50 metros y algo complicada para coches grandes

I must compliment Sebas and Jose Maria on the layout of the ground floor apartment; it is very well thought out and makes the best of the floor space. We were greeted in a timely manner and helped into the compact parking space, then taken to the apartment (around the corner). The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch. A really nice flat, close to restaurants and attractions, yet in a quiet street - one of the best flats I’ve ever stayed in.

It’s a real shame that the flat is not sound-proofed as there is a lot of noise from the neighbours above. It only went quiet at 23:30. I know this is out of Sebastian’s control and it wouldn’t prevent me from returning, but it did get annoying after a while!

I liked everything

By far, one of the best apartments we have stayed in on our trips throughout Europe. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom had soaps, hairdryer, and a shower that had plenty of hot water with good pressure. The AC/heat unit works well, and the kitchen has all the necessary amenities (coffee maker, dish soap, dishes, etc). We were even given a bottle of Champagne and bottles of water at check in. The location is excellent-a 5 to 10 minute walk to many of the sights, restaurants, and small food markets. The secure parking garage (included in the lodging price) is 2 minutes from the apartment. But what makes this apartment exceptional is Sebastian, the owner. He met us upon arrival, was very friendly and knowledgable, and offered very good information on where to eat, sights, etc. Lastly, and not without mentioning, is the style of this modern apartment. Sebastian is an architect and the studio is designed with natural wood and soft lighting throughout. Beautiful! The apartment is 30-35 minutes from the Seville airport and train station. The town is very pleasant and worth 1 or 2 days to explore.

the accommodation was very stylish and beautifully decorated, the host was very dedicated to the interieur and he spoke with passion about both the accommodation and Carmona. He recommended us some nice places to eat.
