This house was absolutely amazing! It was very close to the beach! Our family had a lot of fun playing ping pong after dinner every night! Check in was easy and hostess was very nice!

The property is located at a nice location very closer to a beautiful beach. Quite comfortable for a stay of 8 people. One area of improvement could be better care of the basement rooms (we found live cockroaches when we checked in, which was addressed promptly).

This was sour family Christmas trip and the house was beautiful! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated! The pool and hot tub was so fun for all of us! The game room was used nightly for foosball tournaments and shuffleboard tournaments! We had so much fun! I think everything we needed to cook for our family was in the house!! I would recommend this house to everyone!!

Loved the house it was beautiful and perfect distance to the beach. Pool and jacuzzi was wonderful!! Close distance to shops and restaurants . Great location
That being said house fans were very dusty (to where you can see it hanging from the fans), master bathroom mirrors were covered in toothpaste and spit marks, and there was no skimmer for the pool . There was a pole for what looked like a skimmer to clean pool but no head on it .

This house is awesome. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like in person. The house was very clean and well equip with dishes, glasses pots pans beach towels chairs toys, etc. Property manager was amazing. The checked on us before we checked in and kept in touch a few times during the stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is a half block to the beach - so convenient. We would stay again!

This home was a short walk to the Beach. All the amenities made it perfect, pool and jacuzzi were a definite plus! This home was clean and provided all essentials needed. I would definitely recommend this home.

The house is beautiful and perfect for families. The heated pool and hot tub are great. The game room was also a big hit. It’s only a 4 minute walk to the beach which is great with little ones and a lot of stuff. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family stay. It was clean, well equipped with what we needed. The pool was clean and great for the younger kids, the adults in the group liked the hot tub. We had a couple minor issues that required contacting the management, and Gerald responded quickly with resolutions of the issues.

The house is very close walk to Beach. Love to walk on Gulf Blvd in the mornings which is very close to the house. My family really enjoyed our stay. The House has a play room in the garage that my kids enjoyed.

Everything was as portrayed in the listing. Nice place. Pool and hot tube were big hits. We had a few small maintenance items that need to be addressed, door latch on bedroom door and sink and shower drain running slow and finally plugged. If back in the area again, I would definitely look to rent again.

Soaking up sun
We were pleased with the spacious property and the amenities it offered. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of entertainment spaces. Was perfect for our group of 7, even invited people over to watch March Madness and had plenty of room.

Excellent time at South Padre Island
Our stay at South Padre was enhanced by our excellent accommodations. Our VRBO home was so close to the beach that it was less than a 5-minute walk. The house had numerous beach toys and two wagons to load our beach chairs, beverages and all our needs for our time at the beach.
We had plenty of room for four adults and two children. The house was equipped with more than what we needed. Thanks to Bill and Mike for helping to make our vacation such a memorable experience.

A fun week with friends
The house was very nice! 12 of us stayed for a week and had a blast! The house was everything that was promised. The owners kept in touch several times leading up to our stay, giving us updates on making the house even better that advertised. Would definitely stay in one of their homes again, and recomend to others to rent with them as well!!

Much needed Getaway!!
We had a wonderful stay in this home. We had 5 people and had plenty of room to move and have our own space. The home is very well appointed, and had everything we needed. We utilized the pool and hot tub a lot and also had fun in the game room on a rainy day. Just a quick walk to the beach! Great communication from the owners. Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. It was well maintained and well provisioned. Very nice that it had plenty of beach chairs, several umbrellas and a nice selection of beach toys. Unless the owner decides to supply them, guests should bring coffee filters, Kleenex, paper napkins.

Couldn’t ask for better communication! The place was amazing. It is well stocked with everything you need. The pool and spa as a hit with the young and old. The beach is close to the house. Maybe a 5 minute walk. All the towels and beach toys you will need. Would highly recommend renting this house!!

The pool is small, but still very enjoyable and clean. Plenty of chairs to sit around the pool too. Patio is also very spacious. Garage is full of fun too!! Location is excellent. It is away from the crowded areas and avoids alot of the traffic towards the center of the island but still close enough to take a quick trip anywhere. We were so thankful to be on this side off the island especially with the insane traffic on the evening of July 4th. We have fallen in love with SPI and will look to stay again in the future.
