Words can’t express how phenomenal this experience was. The home was beautiful (even better than the photos online) and the views of the city/strip from the back patio were second to none. Natasha was a great host and maintained excellent communication from my initial inquiry all the way throughout when the time came for us to check out. No complaints at all. My friends and I had a blast — we will definitely be back. If you’re planning on visiting Vegas, I highly recommend booking this property.

Property was as offered. Beautiful and clean! Natasha was wonderful to communicate with. Few things to know - everything in this house is 1/3 bigger than any other house including the height of cabinets, doors, etc. Doors were heavy to open and close, need to have some strength to do so. Airport is nearby and flight path is overhead, much airplane noise day or night. Much technology in the home, took a day or two to learn it. House next door being constructed, so some construction traffic and noise. Aside from these things, the stay was terrific and would rent here again. Only minutes by car to the Strip, felt secure with the gated cul de sac. Beautiful decks and landscaping, pool and hot tub, yard is private and allowed for lots of time outside.

This is was in the perfect location for us. A 5 min drive to the strip. The house is beautiful and very open. Which we loved. We will definitely rent again next time we are in Vegas.

We have rented homes all over the world and this home in top 5. This home would have been 100% perfect with simple detailed instructions. I like to leave reviews to help next renters. 1) notice that GPS often takes you to wrong address (we drove around a while before calling manager and having her inform us to that fact). 2) A manual with basic instructions would be very helpful. especially with the many unique high tech (wonderful) features: TV remote, fireplace remote, full house surround sound Bluetooth system ( in first floor closet) outside heaters, pool & spa instructions, unique door closings, espresso machine . 3) how to leave property without a car for a walk. (evidently a key is required??). We had to purchase dishwasher soap & extra TP. Took quite a while to find additional towels ( since 6 of 7 bathrooms had no towels/hand towels) Not one larger bowl available for salads or mixing, we served salad in a large cooktop pot. Detailed instructions stating “ if you want pool heated the money needs to arrive 48 hours prior to check in or pool not heated when one arrives”. Communication with manager very efficient, however if above suggestions provided we would not have needed to contact one time. Thank you, we will likely return. I would GREATLY suggest you can not go wrong renting this gorgeous modern home in a PERFECT location just a short UBER ride to the strip. Thank you Natasha

Our experience and stay was fabulous. We LOVED the outdoor amenities and used the pool, hot tub and fire pit every day we were there. The views of The Strip and mountains are amazing. We were able to see all of the NYE fireworks from the upper deck! Natasha was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

I was with a group of 8 all family we all was blown away with how clean and nice this house was kept, this house was perfect, very beautiful night view of the Vegas strip out back. Backyard area was very nice although the weather did really allow us to enjoy the pool the patio which is equipped with a very nice tv..environment was great any very nice fire pit..this house is very family friendly the area was really nice very peacfull...the host Natasha was very friendly an prompt with her response to anything I asked ,the check in went smooth direction to everything was on point no issues at all I will definitely stay here again I will also past this house along to any one I know visiting Vegas....

The only hiccup was that the listed address is slightly different from the address of the property (I assume for security purposes). Be sure to check your email carefully! Natasha was great and responsive by text.

Overall, the house is beautiful and situated close to the strip. Perfect for a large group. However, we had several issues with the rental. 1) About 5 days prior to our trip, I messaged the host/property manager inquiring about check-in instructions. The host did not respond for 72 hours, so I contacted VRBO. VRBO sent a message to the host and then the day before check-in we received an email stating that the address was different than was was listed on the actual VRBO listing. This was very sketchy to us, we have never had another VRBO or another short term rental site provide a different address than the original one listed (once you have already paid). Moreover, we had already pre-ordered groceries, etc to the house to arrive the day we arrived which we then had to change. 2) We received two other emails the day before check-in stating that we had to sign a 32 day lease agreement and give a credit card with large amount to "hold" for incidentals, after already paying in full for the house and paying for insurance for potential thousands worth of damage. We contacted the property manager about these and she changed the lease agreement to 3 days (for how long our actual stay was) and also said we must pay the hold in order to stay there. At that point, we felt like we had no choice but to sign the agreement and give the credit card information since it was 1 day before our trip. All of this should have been disclosed upfront in the description. Again, we have never had another VRBO or other short term rental website make us pay more for incidentals other than the insurance or sign a lease in order to stay. 3) In the check-in email 1 day before our trip we also found out information that was NOT listed in the property description including: a) the pool required a daily fee with advanced notice to heat it, so therefore we were unable to use the pool for our entire stay b) there are noise restrictions with a noise sensor between 9pm-9am. ALL other listings in Las Vegas have this in their house description and this listing did not... both of these things should have been disclosed up front. 4) The power went out during our trip and the breaker is located in a locked garage. The property manager was unhelpful and rude when we inquired about any updates from the electricity company and accessing the breaker if necessary to turn the electricity back on. 5) Lastly, the floors were not clean when we checked in.

It really is a 5-star property--everyone was taking photos and we had a great time (be sure to turn off the AC and open up the accordion doors if the weather permits). There arent' many neighbors, either, so it wasn't noisy at all, and it was close enough to everything. Natasha was also very communicative and helpful. There were a few things missing, though, especially given the price. For instance, we're asked to do the dishes before leaving (a fair request), but dishwasher detergent isn't supplied so we had to buy our own. Also, there were 14 of us in the house, but there were only a few small bottles of soap/shampoo. I think we were one of the first groups to rent the home and this little issues will be sorted out, but just a heads up that it's definitely a 5-star home but not quite a 5-star experience yet.

This home is palatial! Very spacious, clean, and quiet neighborhood. High-tech capabilities to listen to music through great speakers in any room in the house including the amazing outdoor space, where my group spent most of their time. The true gems of this house are the property manager and her husband who were readily available to answer all of our questions and catered to our needs such as heating the pool. Plenty of room for everyone and accommodates a large group very well. I 100% recommend staying at this property if you want to stay near, but off of the crowded, stinky, smokey strip!

What a perfect spot in Las Vegas to have an amazing view of the strip and a private space that feels like a beautiful resort! If you love Las Vegas and want to have the best of both worlds this is it! Close to all the hotels and restaurants, but private and quiet away from the crowds. Comfy beds, beautiful outdoor space (covered outdoor living room off the kitchen let’s you be outside but protected from the sun), and lots of comfy inside open space to relax and cool off. You will love this house! Natasha is the perfect host and so helpful with anything you need. Thanks for hosting a beautiful vacation home!

This home was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay at the property and would definitely recommend it to friends and family for future visits. The house was clean and had all of the amenities one could ask for to provide comfort, convenience, and enjoyment during a stay. Not to mention, the location is great and only minutes away from the strip and stadium. Definitely would stay again!

The property was even better than the pictures. Very spacious house and met all our expectations. The house has plenty of room for guests and it has a great view at night from the upstairs balcony. It's less than a few miles from the Freeway which was nice. All around I was very impressed.

This house gives you the best of both worlds by being in a secluded area giving you privacy but also being just 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. The pool can be heated, includes a pool table, and outdoor heaters for chilly nights. Property manager was really nice; she came to the property in a timely manner when needed. Overall great stay for big or small families.
