They have everything you will need and everything you will forget to bring and then some at this house.
This is my first time picking a Vrbo based off ratings solely and they deserve 6/5 stars.
You can tell the owner really enjoys giving people a home to stay.

From the time I inquired about the home until check out the owner, Jeff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. And it truly was! The home was as perfect for our family and our Flagstaff trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. We really enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening, and we cooked several means in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Next time we would love to bring our pups as it was so pet friendly there. Also check in/out was easy peasy. Thank you for hosting us, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home over the week of Christmas. Great open concept kitchen, dining and living and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there was room for all to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook . Enjoyed the coffee and tea options also. The hot tub was a great amenity to enjoy. All was super clean and our host was great at communicating all we would need to know for our stay. Would absolutely recommend this home for a family needing space and wanting to enjoy all that Flagstaff and Northern Arizona have to offer. The host has great information on things to do if needed. We recently moved away from Flagstaff so are very familiar with everything, but thought it was great information for those that might not know all there is to enjoy in the area.

This property was even better than expected. The neighborhood is great. The house is well-stocked. The hot tub and small fenced yard were perfect! We had a great weekend here with our adult children.

My family loved staying in Jeff’s home for a little getaway in the pines! The home is well equipped with tons of amenities and super dog friendly. My 9 yr old loves the hot tub. The location is super convenient and I adore the neighborhood. I went for a daily run and felt safe and soaked in the beautiful views. Jeff is the best host I’ve ever had experience with. He was kind and extremely attentive to every detail to make your stay comfortable.

We had a great time! Everything was clean. House had everything we needed. Hot water, coffee pods, and a jacuzzi and fire pit. We roasted s’mores and relaxed in the hot tub every evening. Really close to downtown flagstaff. What made it extra special was the record player. Our boys had never seen one and they had a blast learning how to play a record and listening to the classics Jeff had there. And the host Jeff was so pleasant and helpful! Truly if you need anything he’s right there to help! We told him the thermostat was up a bit to high and he immediately remedied it! Highly recommend this property, especially for the price!

Wonderful property. It is a rarity when you leave your home and get to a vacation rental property and are as comfortable as your own home. Modern, clean, fantastic, quality mattresses as well. The owner has thought through providing all of the little details. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay. Everything about this home is first class. From the cleanliness to the neighborhood to the comfortableness of the beds. We felt everything was perfect about this home. The communication with Jeff is outstanding. He is responsive and helpful. He even allowed us to check in early as the house is available. The records and the record player were a nice touch. My 13 year old son, and the rest of the family enjoyed sitting and listening to music during the day when we had downtime. It is close to town and everything you would want to do in the greater Flagstaff area. The backyard is very nice as well. This would be our first choice for a stay again in the Flagstaff area.

Nice new home in a beautiful new neighborhood that is 10 minutes west of downtown Flagstaff. The home is two stories with nice furniture, a well stocked kitchen (with everything one could need), hot tub in the backyard, and big smart tv for family movie night. The home has a fenced in yard and is very dog friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, the host was very nice and responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We escaped to Flagstaff from Tucson to get some cooler weather and wonderful pine air. Jeff is a fabulous host and was very communicative when we needed him.
The house is in a very nice upscale neighborhood with lots of places to walk our dogs. The backyard and hot tub were fabulous for sitting and soaking.
Inside, the house is as well outfitted with comfortable and stylish furniture. The kitchen is a chef's kitchen with everything you could want or need in terms of pots and pans, spices, oils, etc. Lots of Keurig coffee pods which are very generous and beyond our expectations. Given that we are coffee drinkers, we contributed some pods back to the house when we left.
There is everything to love about Paradise in the Pines! Not a thing to be concerned with. Jeff has provided great tourist information on things to do and places to go. And as a nine year old guest wrote in the guest book, "It has good Internet!"
This is now our goto place in Flagstaff. Thanks Jeff!

This property has everything you would need! Fully equipped kitchen, device chargers and a convenient stay manual to reference. Jeff is a responsive and helpful host. Our kids (ages 8 & 12) loved the giant connect four game and the bunk beds were perfect for them. We will definitely be back!

My family and I enjoyed our time at Jeff’s property. The home is lovely and clean, and it’s very close to downtown Flagstaff. The hot tub and fire pit are awesome! We would definitely come back for a weekend getaway from Phoenix.

We feel so lucky to have found this rental. We had a group of 9 people and 2 dogs. It is not easy to find a rental that will allow that size of a group, and that still feels luxurious. It did not feel like a pet had ever been in the home. The downstairs room has a toddler bed in the closet. The kids loved this area. The Games for this kids, kids dishes and the hot tub were all huge hits also! We did not end up bringing our dogs, but they had a water dish and food dish ready to go. The owner was fantastic with communication.

I happened to make a mistake with booking and VRBO didn’t let me cancel the payment. The host not only went out of his way to help me. I also got the refund. Lovely property from driving passed but very wonderful communication with host. Hopefully get to have a great stay at this house soon!

Jeff was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and to make sure we had everything we needed. My daughter locked us out of a bedroom and he even had the special key to unlock it readily available. Overall great experience!

Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was great. Jeff was very informative. He communicated with us, was very helpful, and the checkin process was so easy for us. We arrived late, and had no issues. Will stay here again.

If I could have given this extra stars, I would have! Our host Jeff was the epitome of an excellent host. His communication was second to none, not only prior to our stay but also during our stay.
Jeff went over and above supplying all the conveniences of home. The retro decor was spectacular and tastefully done .
We especially loved the record player and the hot tub. We did not have enough time for the fire pit but will have to make it back here to enjoy that as well.
The host guidebook (link) we’re especially helpful in our daily planing, I’m sure much TLC went into preparing g this for his guests.
In summary, we could not have enjoyed this stay any more than we did. Thank you Jeff for opening up your home to us for a great friend getaway!! 😊

Jeff’s house is wonderful, super clean with literally everything you can wish for, we even had an air fryer!
The neighborhood is pretty and very convenient to take the dag for a walk. House also has a dogdoor. Jeff is very attentive and easy to communicate with.

This was a great place for our family to gather for Family Weekend at NAU. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is just as it seems in the pictures, if not better. I liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom to use and that there was a garage to park in. Check in and out was very easy. Jeff was very accommodating and answered any questions we had in a very timely manor. Although we never utilized the fire-pit... it's a great setting in a nice cozy yard. My daughters boyfriend LOVED the record player and assortment of albums. I loved the dog friendly touches like the feeding bowls and mat, doggy door, treats and a ball.
Overall, its a great place... would definitely stay there again.

We had such a wonderful weekend and this house, and everything Jeff set up made it just perfect! He really thought of everything. Most appreciated having the high hair for our little guy, and being set up for our dogs to come along. Thank you, we can’t wait to come back

It was truly a pleasure staying at this property! The host really did a magnificent job providing anything one could want on vacation! We walked in to a thoughtful welcome note and a bottle of wine thanking us for coming! The kitchen had a basket of snacks, four different ways to make coffee for the coffee connoisseur, and a variety of appliances to be able to prepare food anyway you like it! There was an assortment of balls to take to the park, a life size connect four board that my kids absolutely loved, super comfy beds, and plenty of space for my family of 7 to spread out and not be on top of each other. The backyard which was not large, had both a fire pit and a hot tub, plus room for my kids to kick a soccer ball around - what more could one want? The house was fully stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, even a first aid kit, so that we didn't need to go out to buy anything except food to eat! The host stayed in contact with me, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property! It was such a great find!

Paradise in the Pines is an awesome house that will have my family coming back time and time again. The booking process, check-in, and interaction with the owner was incredibly easy and friendly. The house was immaculate and felt like we were the first ones to stay in the house (that is how clean it was)!. The house was stocked with things that we would need for our stay as well as things we didn't know that we needed or may have forgotten to bring. I have never stayed in a short term rental that was stocked as much as Paradise in the Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to take the family and dogs for daily walks while feeling safe. The location in Flagstaff is great and the house is close to a multitude of stores, restaurants, and attractions. The backyard was great to hang out in and listen to the wind whistling through the pines. It really made you feel like you were in the forest and not just a housing community! Paradise in the Pines is a definite rental that my family will visit again!
