The location was great, and the view was fantastic. The apartment seemed very clean.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the noise level at night. you could hear the car speeding down Collins Avenue and the noise was bouncing off between the buildings that did disturb my sleep. The only other thing was the dishwasher was not working and I was not told that at that price I would’ve expected everything to be in perfect working order.

I really loved this place — it had a great location and the view from the balcony where I had my coffee every morning was fantastic! my friends and family were impressed with the photos I sent back too.
