Beautiful exterior and interior , perfect location

The room was impeccable, the property recently refurbished, and the hotel has a perfect location on the edge of the walkable center of Sanlucar.
The system for entering the parking was badly implemented--it tries to send you a code to "the phone number you included with your hotel reservation", but in our case it didn't come through (it probably did not account for country codes, as our reservation was with a U.S. number--but Spain receives tons of international visitors so this would be an important detail!). We had to call a real human to work it out, but if we didn't have a Spanish phone plus the ability to speak the language, I'm not sure how long it would have taken to finally park the vehicle. All this on a one-way street where your only option is to temporarily block the sidewalk and annoy the pedestrians while awaiting the garage opening.

Beautiful, recently and tastefully decorated building and large apartments. Pool and surrounding roof terrace were a huge plus too had it to ourselves the majority of the time. Raquel was in contact giving us all the details before we arrived and was very helpful organising taxis for us and helping with any queries during our stay. The place was always so quiet and perfectly clean smelt lovely especially as you walk into the reception. Perfect location very close to bars restaurants and the main square plus easy to get to the beach. Would definitely recommend.
Only thing we weren't so happy with was that we were offered a room with a terrace just before we went for an additional feee. Unfortunately the terrace wasn't connected to our room like the others seemed to be so we didn't use it as meant we would be going through 2 doors and accross the hallway but we had the full pool terrace to ourselves most of the time anyway so certainty didn't spoil our stay.

El alojamiento es espectacular, super acogedor, tiene todos los detalles, muy limpio. Su ubicación no puede ser mejor, siempre que podemos escaparnos a Sanlúcar iremos allí.

Absolutely beautiful and freshly remodeled property in the very center of town. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Soundproofed windows sealed out any noise. I loved the memory foam pillows. The rooftop pool has a very large (not pictured at the time I booked) terrace with lounge chairs and sofas with a view towards the sea and river. 10/10 would come back!
No toiletries in the bathrooms (I don’t consider an all-in-one shampoo/soap gel to be a toiletry) and only 1 time tidying of the room during a 4 night stay.

Excellent Location, great not having to carry keys around as all done by door codes, when we arrived the code to our room didn't work, this was resolved swiftly with a phone call to the company
Great value for money, think we were in one of the cheapest rooms as no outdoor space which was fine for 2 nights but otherwise difficult to dry things like swimsuits and towels etc

The receptionist was super rude and gossipy. They need to be more sophisticated and more classy cause she called and was very rude about our check out time. Very bad image to have at reception this unprofessional people. Beds and pillows terrible !!!! Dust and cotton balls of dust at closets

A very nice, comfortable apartment set in a lovely building. Well equipped and spacious. Great location for exploring Sanlucar.
A bit stressful getting all the codes and buttons to work after a long journey and would have been nice for someone to be there when you arrive.

Cisnes Palace is centrally located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, on the Calzada and very close to the main plaza. My “apartment“ was clean and well equipped. I would stay here again, no doubts about it. The best part of this experience was the staff, and in particular, Rocío, who helped me with many small details. She is a jewel!

brand spanking new, it’s very clean, well decorated, modern design. nice plungepool with a very nice roof terrace.
our bathroom was a bit cramped.. if u need to close the toilet seat to open the bathroom drawer… need to say more? the width of the shower was quite narrow as well. many things from IKEA which I think in general are for domestic use and not professional.
