Casa Roca was everything we hoped for and more. The spacious floor plan allowed for plenty of individual and group time. The pantry and extra frig were great assets. The surrounding setting was gorgeous, particularly the spa up in the backyard hill at sunrise.

We booked this incredible property after deliberating and comparing with other similar luxury rentals. Here’s why this one stood out over the rest: 1. King/ Cal King beds in every single bedroom. No one wants a Queen, unless it’s a shared room with multiple beds (like the lovely A-frame space which easily became our favorite room in the house. It’s perfect for a large family with multiple children or throw all your teens in one room!) 2. Gorgeous, cohesive design with luxury high end furniture. This detail might not matter to some, but for us, we wanted a highly instagrammable property to take loads of family pictures. Every single corner is so beautiful, our vacation pictures turned out amazing! 3. KILLER outdoor space. Pool was heavenly, even the adults loved the slide, there’s bocci ball, tennis, pickle ball, hammocks, large grassy area, covered veranda, outdoor grill… I could go on and on Gave this place 5 out of 5 stars, but here’s a note for improvement: - Fridge was beeping the entire time we were there. Maybe needed a filter change? - Microwave is not intuitive to use. Takes some getting used to. - Gas burners were very weak. We only got 1 good burner. It took over an hour to boil a pot of water to make pasta for our family. So be forewarned if you’re planning on cooking a lot. Overall, I would definitely book again next time we’re in town. Or perhaps even check out this property manager’s other local listings. They’re all so fab! You can’t go wrong!

We had a cousin's annual family trip and everyone was impressed by this beautiful home. We loved that almost every bedroom had king size beds. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Don't even get me started about the backyard. It was a true desert oasis. The host was easy to reach and made us feel very comfortable. They were quick to answer questions and address any issue that came up in a very timely manner. We couldn't have been happier! We'll definitely be back!"

First class property for large group or family. My wife and I celebrated our 40th aniversary with our kids and grandkids. No need to ever leave the property except visit to zoo or grocery store. So much to do and enjoy on site. Beds are super comfortable, and each bedroom is sound insolated. Lovely place.

The property was beautiful! It had enough rooms for our group of 15. The pool and outdoor area is wonderful. We used the outdoor kitchen a couple of the nights and it was great. The property manager responded very quickly to our questions and requests.

The property was exactly what we needed for our couples trip. The interior is set up well to hang out in large groups or find little corners to hide away and read a book. The exterior is so fun and beautifully maintained.

This was perfect for an offsite. Fun, current and well appointed.

We surprised our dad for his 70th birthday. 6 kids, 7 adults. Kids aging 3-9 and what an incredible trip it was. It went by too fast! The property was FABULOUS , the amenities were top notch! Thank you for allowing our family to come from different parts of the country to gather here for such a special occasion!

The property was better than advertised. Amazing location with great amenities. The property is vast, with all the options to relax play and to entertain family and friends. I enjoyed both a business retreat with my senior staff holding meetings etc. Also had friends over for the weekend to golf and enjoy the property and just relax. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were wonderful. High end Finishings throughout the home, the backyard is a dream to entertain in. From the pool to spa, to covered patio, nothing missed in this fantastic design. Highly recommend…

"WOW. What to say about this incredible home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the style of the home, the incredible amount of space, the what seemed to be unlimited activities -- swimming in the huge pool, bocce ball, A PICKLE BALL COURT!, outdoor kitchen and dining table, hot tubs, hammocks, put put golf... Truly an amazing place for a small or large group -- I hosted my team of 10 there for a retreat for 5 nights and we did not get bored once. Close to palm desert where there were shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Also super close to some hiking trails that we enjoyed. Not only was the house like a stunning mini-resort all to yourself, our hosts were incredible at helping answer any questions or helping assist any problems that came up - truly stellar hosting and communication, which we are thankful for. We can't wait to visit other properties of theirs for future retreats!"

"All i can say is we love love love this home. So spacious for a large family. The kids enjoyed the slide but be aware its on the deeper end of the pool. Such a stylish comfortable home. We cant wait to come back! The host was so nice and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. We will be coming back!"

This place was perfect for a long weekend getaway! The property was beautiful and the host was easily accessible the entire time. Everything you need is within a 20 min drive or less. We would definitely recommend our family and friends to stay here. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend!!!

Absolutely fell in love with Casa Roca!! Stayed with family and friends for a week!! Felt like we were in our own little private resort!! Inviting feel with beautiful decor from the moment you drive up!! We spent most of our time outside in the AMAZING pool and had most of our meals in the stunning outdoor patio! Pickle ball court, outdoor movie nights, and beautiful boho hammock area were a big hit with the teenagers as well as us grownups!! The jacuzzi with breathtaking mountain views was a relaxing little hideaway within our little paradise. Location was perfect!! Early morning walks around the neighborhood was my favorite way to start my days. This property was definitively meant to give you no reason to leave! But if you must, there is high end shopping and restaurants 5 minutes away! I kinda took advantage of that as well! I just can't say enough! Very thoughtful attention and consideration was given to making this property the perfect getaway!Can't wait to come back!!

It was not really next to us, it was minding its own business AND the owner was willing to send someone out to get it right away (it was non-venomous and the desert is it's home). The key take away is the owner is super responsive! This was really like a 5 star resort!!! We would definitely rent it again."

This property is absolutely dreamy and nothing short of the pictures. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed every moment. The management team is also very responsive and professional and resolved any small issue that came up in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place!
