Great little place that allowed my dog to be comfortable. Nice yard and they even supplied poop bags which was nice. Easy check in and great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely visit at this nice property in Bryan but so easy to get into College Station for Midnight Yell and game day festivities. Clean and comfortable. We had a great visit!

Was pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable king bed (I don’t remember the listing mentioning that). The whole place was very clean. The decor is cute. Kitchen has most spices you’ll need if you are going to cook. The A/C works great and the main bedroom has both a ceiling fan and tower fan, other rooms have ceiling fans as well. Yard is fenced, but some of the fencing is about 4 feet, so if your dog can jump that high, I wouldn’t trust it. Our dog is old, so she enjoyed the medium-sized backyard. Property manager was very easy to contact thru the Vrbo app and quickly responded. Across the street is a skate park and just down a little ways is a big event center. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We have stayed at this property twice now and it is amazing. It is convenient to and easy to get around town. I worked remotely both times we stayed there and our stay is 7 nights both times we stayed and the Wifi is very fast, the A/C's work very well with the hot temps. They literally have thought about everything when it comes to stocking this home.
We will stay here again soon, our reasoning for renting for the longer stay was we knew what we were getting and the quality of this gorgeous home and Michelle is so friendly. With our daughter starting classes in the Fall we will be looking to rent more than we have in the past.

We really enjoyed this cute, comfortable house! It was clean, is close to A&M, and has an impressively well-stocked kitchen. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend a pair of earplugs because of outside noises and the HVAC unit above the bed in the primary bedroom. Melissa was a responsive, accommodating host, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The property was nice. The toiletries provided in case you forget anything was an extra nice touch, as were the games provided. When we first arrived, there was some noise from the skate park across the street and some loud bass from somewhere close. We were a tad concerned it would end up keepkng us awake. However, we left and when we arrived back, it was nice and quiet. People were back at the skate park before 8am. I didn't hear them, but my husband did. The independent heat and air systems were nice for temperature control, as they allowed each room to set a temperature that was most comfortable for them. In the master bedroom, the system was not working properly and did not cool properly. It was also a little noisy. It didn't bother me so much, but it was the reason my husband didn't sleep well our first night. We ended up not needing all the rooms, so the next night we stayed in the room with one double bed and we both slept much better. Beds were comfy. All in all, i think it was a great stay. It was close to the area we needed to be in, but there is road construction in the neighborhood. Not at all the fault of the property owner or anything to be done about that. Just plan a little extra travel time.

We stayed at the property while our son was at an A&M camp and it worked out perfect. The location was great and lots of stores within a 2 mile radius. The hostess was great and very willing to work with us. We will stay again.
We also brought our dogs and it was pet friendly.

The whole family and our pup LOVED this house. It was super clean, organized and had more supplies than we could use. The linens were so soft! Their is a skate park next door, but it was never an issue and the kids enjoyed playing there. We will definitely return.
