Ample seating on the patio as well as inside. House was very clean. I did not rate this 5 stars because of the mattresses, linens and towels. In particular the bunk beds. They definitely need upgraded. Everything else was great. If you want to sleep a lot of people and have access to the lake, this is the spot for you.

Great home!! This spot is super clean and had things available in the kitchen and bathroom I hadn't even thought of and needed. We didn't have to purchase anything, but food. This home had it all. The kids (5 teenagers 14-18) stated several times that we should just make this our permanent River house and not try any others. We watched movies in the heat of the day, played games at the kitchen table and outside on the patio and swam off the deck all 3 days. This property was very relaxing and actually felt like a vacation with ZERO stress or I wish we hads'. Walmart was close enough and we went to Gruene as well to hit the shops. I hesitated in reviewing this so well because honestly, it kind of feels like a secret I'd like to keep from the rest of the world. All in all....I cannot brag enough. This place was incredible and my family highly recommends it.

This was the perfect getaway for our group. Beautiful setting, a little outside of town so it was nice and quiet. It had everything we need and lots of room.
Would definitely rebook here!

This was a great place for us. There were four of us. The house was clean and had great space. What makes this place is the back decks. A small blower to get rid of the leaves and such would have been nice, but it was such a relaxing place to be.
Plenty of room and tables and chairs for eating outside or just enjoying the gorgeous view.

Cute house that is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Love the deck and backyard. We were a little bummed that the water was too dirty to get into; river access was something we looked for when booking. But overall nice stay!

The house was perfect for our quick getaway! We brought kayaks and inner tubes and could have easily been happy never leaving the house. The house is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We would have loved to have a ladder off the deck to make getting in and out of the water easier but other than that- great trip. Would definitely rent again.

Hosted a group of 10 and it was perfect! Lots of room to sleep and a huge living room to hang out in. The outside area is beautiful and the kitchen is great as well :) There’s a couple of outside games and a nice fire pit to roast marshmallows on! Will definitely be returning here in the future!
