Super clean, well equipped kitchen to.assist my sister with her wedding. Beds are really comfortable!

Very clean, well kept up to date home

We loved the location, walking distance to all of the restaurants. The linens on the beds need to be improved, the couch and dishes need to be better. Also, the curb appeal was poor with dead grass and the property marketed air conditioning and there was not any air conditioning, it was hot. Other than that, it was a charming place.

Nice location. Very clean home, with simple layout. Two ‘King’ beds was definitely a plus. More than ample towels, sheets and bath amenities to get started and for short stays would cover all your needs. Very large TV with streaming options. The bottle of wine was a nice courtesy/complement to the rental. Draw back was the home is sparsely furnished in a number of ways; small well used couch in the living room, and that was the only piece of furniture in there to sit on other than four small stools. Dining room has an older overly large wooden table and six heavy chairs. The enclosed porch has only one very small window that opens to bring in fresh air, has no ceiling fan to move air or window shades to help block the sun that can heat the room to the point you don’t want to use it. The porch would be a great addition to the home, but appears neglected. Similar issues with the deck; sparsely furnished with low end metal chairs and small tables but no umbrella or other means of shade, and wooden railing is unstable in places. Again the home is in a nice area, very convenient to the Harbor and Millville historic district. Definitely would rent it again if improvements were made.

Close to town, clean and beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at Captain’s Quarters quite a bit. The location is very convenient, walkable to anywhere Downtown Gig Harbor and has a lovely view of the water from almost every window in the house. It was well equipped, cozy, and comfortable. We were able to cook meals in the great kitchen and store a week’s worth of food in the big fridge. Laundry set up was a special plus and the shower was almost luxurious. The Sun room with a cup of coffee in the morning is incredibly peaceful and zen-like. Our ONLY two complaints about Captain’s Quarters is the stinky couch and dust bunnies under the furniture. The couch has a wet-dog smell and the pillows on it smell even worse. The couch could do with a good deep cleaning… or better yet, replacement before your next guest arrives. And cleaners just need to be more thorough about sweeping under the beds and couch. Overall, enjoyable.

Really sweet little home near the marina. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Great location to drive to other areas of interest too. Really enjoyed our stay here and it got our family of four wonderfully!

Beautiful spot. Quiet place to stay. Nice walks, good restaurants and amazing scenery all around.

This was my absolute favorite ever VRBO! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It appears that it has recently been totally renovated. The sunroom is very impressive, but it was too warm to use during my visit. The location is great and you can walk to all the activities. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all meals at the house. I met my sister and her family there for the weekend. My sister is in a wheel chair and the house was very accommodating. I would recommend this house to everyone!

Loved all the nature and wildlife right on our deck! Baby birds hatching in a nest up above the deck, birds soaring ALL DAY…bald eagle landed on our dock this morning out in the distance. Loved seeing Ollie otter every day around the same time… No entertainment needed… just come and sit out on the deck! Loved every minute of our three day stay and are planning on coming back at least for a month stay next year!! Amazing location and cute house. Lisa & Danny, Huntington Beach,CA
