Great location, updated unit, quiet area but not far from the action. Communication throughout our stay was on point and they allowed us with our pup! I’d recommend this unit if you’re looking to stay close to Zilker/Barton Springs - we will be back.

Older neighborhood but centrally located. Parking would be an issue if your part has more than 1 vehicle as there are other multi family units up and down the street. All have multiple curbside trash and recycle cans (different colors for each) so it makes the whole street look a bit trashy. That's what happens when you don't plan cities with alleys though. Lol.
Once inside, the rental unit was modern and tidy. We didn't cook but everything was there if we had needed too. Back patio is smallish but was nice with new fencing. Comfortable Bed but severely limited pressure on the shower. Had run around under the shower head just to get wet. Wink.
We are dog Lovers, (though do not take them on trips) so if you are not, you might notice a bit of "dog smell" especially in the bedroom, but overall the unit is super clean. Would definitely consider staying again.

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. It was nicely decorated and provided all of the essentials, even including coffee and plenty of bottled water - which was a nice touch. The location is nice and quiet, close to Zilker Park. It has a nice layout providing plenty of room. We would stay here again if visiting Austin.

Clean, great location around the corner from miles of trails and Zilker Park. Super close to everything Austin has to offer. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and we felt super comfortable and safe. Hosts were great too. Would highly recommend!!

We loved staying in Zilker for Thanksgiving! It was very comfortable! Perfect location for popping into a downtown restaurant and enjoying the local music venues. We will be back soon!!!!

Very nice and clean space. Walking distance to hike in Zilker Park or Barton Springs or just take a walk in a beautiful eclectic neighborhood. No issues at all and the host was in touch in case I needed anythin.

Really great little place and so conveniently located to bars, restaurants and outdoor activities. Easy to get around without a car via walking, rental scooters or bikes. Very close to the Barton Springs trail and pool. The townhome was immaculate and so comfortable, I slept better on the king size bed here than I do at home. It was perfect for the two of us for a fun weekend getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and everything else you need to feel at home if you choose to stay in and cook. We will definitely be booking this rental in the future! The best vacation rental I have booked!
