Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Die Pool‘s (gesamt 3 Stk.) sind sehr sauber und groß. Das Essen im Restaurant und das Frühstücke waren ganz OK. Es gibt definitiv bessere Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr dreckig.

Really nice luxury hotel. The rooms were A** quality with a big comfy bed and attached bathroom. Lots of bits included to make the stay quality, plus the staff were super friendly and always there to help! There were two pools to use and to chill around, with service to where you sit. I was also working here and the wifi was reliable for most of the time apart from the late evening. It was only a short walk to Lombok high street and everything you want to see in this lovely place. Overall, loved my time here and would highly recommend for a top level experience if you have a little more budget!

Later in the evening around 11pm the internet became unstable. This was consistent every evening and a bit annoying when trying to do work calls.

The facilities & the staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable.

The rooms are simple but functional with a very clean feel. The hotel is very funky in a good way. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast was very generous and tasty. Great location close to many restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

We loved staying at El Tropico! The place is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

The only thing is that the mosque is right next to the hotel so the morning prayer woke us up very early every day 🙃

Hotel top. Kregen een upgrade. Prachtige kamer. Badkamer was net een spa. Echt geweldig.mooi zwembad zeer vriendelijk personeel.

De locatie vonden wij persoonlijk minder. Zat wel in het centrum dus alles bij de hand. Het strand wat op 650 mtr lag was veel verder weg. Ook was dat strand niets. Geen ligbedjes geen mensen op het strand. Echt niets. Dus hebben we ons voor €15 retour naar een ander strand laten brengen op 10 min afstand. Ander minpunt was de prijs van het eten en drinken in het hotel, daar kwam 20% bij op. Terwijl er al fixe prijzen werden gehanteerd. Wel was het eten goed.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The ambiance is chill and very tastefully furnished. Lots of different spaces to sit and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Roy and Imam driving services which we accessed through the hotel.

Only feedback is maybe the restaurant menu could offer more options

Die Unterkunft entspricht den gezeigten Bildern. Es gibt zwei große Poolanlagen die zum Sonnen einladen. Das Frühstück ist super und absolut preiswert. Zudem gibt es verschiedene Spots die zum Arbeiten oder Ausblick genießen einladen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und bis jetzt die saubersten die wir in Indonesien hatten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und auch die nebenan liegende Moschee hat uns persönlich wenig gestört.

Mooie ruime kamers. We konden de koffers een nacht laten staan op locatie toen we een nacht met de scooter weggingen. Ze hadden netjes bonnetjes eromheen gedaan met onze naam.

Heel duur voor wat je krijgt. Het is leuk, maar niet bijzonder en er waren echt een aantal dingen niet goed die je wel voor deze prijs verwacht: Slecht bed, week lang rugpijn gehad. Voelde als topdekmatras die op een houten plank lag. Er wordt een 20% service tax bijgerekend terwijl alles in het hotel al 1.5x zo duur is, meestal is dot 10% op sommige plekken in Kuta 15%. De kamers worden schoongemaakt wanneer het hun uitkomt en niet wanneer het jou uitkomt. Als we later weggingen werd het niet in de middag gedaan, als we de hele ochtend we waren werd het niet in de ochtend gedaan. Beide werd het dus helemaal niet schoongemaakt omdat het niet in hun rooster past. Er lopen redelijk vroeg in de ochtend mensen langs met soort van walkie Talkies waar de hele tijd doorheen getetterd wordt. Ik ben hier 3x van wakker geworden en kon niet meer slapen omdat het maar doorging. Zit naast een moskee, dus ook dat hoor je 5x per dag. Maar ik heb hier zelf geen hinder van gehad. Wel iets om rekening mee te houden

What a great, calm and atheistic hotel! Had a great stay there, rooms are spacious, clean and good. Breakfast was tasty and the pool, music and vibe super.

The first room we had, the ac unfortunately didn’t work. They were really helpful by moving us to another room.

La déco de tout l’établissement, la taille de la piscine , le concept de la chambre avec Terasse devant , la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel ! Ils sont tous super .. Propreté ok , l’hôtel est neuf 😃 Bonne localisation , plein de super restaurants à côté à pied . Et pour finir la nourriture ..tout est frais et très bon . le Fish curry était fantastique . Nous avons fait notre réveillon de Noël à l’hôtel . Wow! El Tropico is great and one of the most up and coming spots in Kuta. Hugh end design. Pool area is stylish, warm and better than pictures. Rooms are big, clean and well designed. Location is right on the main road with lots of spots to eat really high quality food. If you rent a motorbike the nature around here is STUNNING!!!! Cliffs with monkeys, ox, and more. Fav part of our Bali / Lombok trip so far

De faciliteiten, de prachtige bar en de grote van alles is heerlijk. Ook de mensen die er werken zijn vriendelijk en zorgen voor een warme en service gerichten sfeer

Het is even wennen aan het warme water in de pool. Ook zijn de oordoppen bij binnenkomst gekregen nodig om door te slapen. Het hotel ligt namelijk naast een minaret.

Alles!! Mooiste hotel wat wij tot nu toe gezien hebben. Erg modern en stijlvol ingericht. Zeer mooie details in het hotel. Erg schoon wat wij heel belangrijk vinden.

Pool ist schön. Frühstück war gut, aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Zimmer und Bad waren gut und groß. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Apotheken sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist direkt neben der Moschee. Mitten in der Nacht hört man das extrem laut und sehr lange (um ca. 4 Uhr). Wenn man kein Fan vom Gesang ist, ist es lästig.

Such a beautiful hotel! The bedroom and bathroom was spotless, great aircon, lovely shower and comfy bed. The two swimming pools (especially the big one) are just beautiful, spent most of our days just sat at the pool because we loved it that much! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Zoek niet verder! Dit is de beste accommodatie in Lombok. Hygiëne, personeel, uitzicht was perfect. Erg comfortabele kamer en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is supervriendelijk en attent. Vanwege een val was ik niet zo goed mobiel en kwamen een suoerontbijt langsbrengen. Dichtbij alles, restaurants en centrum

Mooi en schoon. Vriendelijke staff. Schitterend zwembad.

Het eten kan verbeterd worden. Staff is erg behulpzaam, soms een beetje te. Als ik bijvoorbeeld iets aan iemand vraag dan werd het gesprek overgenomen door een andere collega, dat hoeft voor mij niet zo.

The staff at El Tropico were fantastic and very accommodating. The rooms were beautifully maintained and the food and cocktails were delicious! The location was perfect and was walking distance to everything we needed for our stay.

The mosque next door is quite loud at times, so be aware if you like to sleep in!

Very close to main Restaurant strip , easy walking to heart of Kuta. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing place to stay.

Super new boutique hotel with amazing cold AC and spacious room, big enough for sharing! Nice Mountain View, can't hear anything in the rooms others then the mosque but I think its impossible to stay anywhere in Kuta and not hear the mosque. Staff was very friendly and fulfilled all our wishes! Walking distance from anything you need, downtown. Good communication about late check in and check out!

Pool is boiling hot, best to use as a hot pool for sunrise. There was no water dispenser for drinking water, but we kept asking the staff and they refilled our botttles. They also could install a surf rag, our board floated around under the stairs, luckily no one complained.

Die Mosche ist sehr nahe am Hotel. Wir haben jedoch Ohrstöpsel direkt beim Check-In bekommen. Was nicht selbstverständlich ist.!
