great location, off street parking, flat had everything that was needed. will definitely be staying again.

Great space for a single or couple to stay. Nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed, great home entertainment and well equipped.

This Apartment is just close enough to the centre of Ilkley, with the benefit of Booths just across the road.
The on site parking space is excellent and we had no difficulty with access to the parking spot on the driveway.
The small apartment has a lovely modern well equipped kitchen, a well designed small bathroom with everything you would require, bigger than a lot of hotel en-suite bathrooms. The bedroom has a lovely cosy feel with a very comfortable bed .
The sitting room is very spacious with lots of sofa space, a lovely dining table in the bay window.
It was very hot when we visited but the kitchen and bedroom were nice and cool.
I would visit here again at any time of the year.
There is a way to a lovely riverside walk into town from the street at the back of the property.
The flat was spotless when we arrived, nothing is in need of updating or replacing.
We have a small westie dog and we had plenty of space for his beds and towels.

Apartment had everything you need. Location was great, and an off road parking space a big bonus. Will definitely be back.

Spacious layout, well equipped, perfect location. The photos, particularly of the living room don't do it justice.
The bed was small for us.

The apartment was very good for non drivers with easy access to the station, nearby river walks and an excellent supermarket. The accommodation was well equipped and beautifully decorated.
There was no table to eat off or chairs apart from settees, but we spoke to the landlady before leaving and she said the issue of chairs and table was being addressed. Written information about the household appliances would have been useful.

Lovely clean apartment in an excellent location for me to travel into the office. Would definitely use again next time I need to go to head office. Host communication was excellent and very informative. Can not rate highly enough!

Very spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and very clean. Very close to a good supermarket, and free parking space.
The traffic noise meant a closed bedroon window on a warm summer night, but we knew it was on a busy road when we booked it. The bed was a little small for us, but it was originally booked for a single person and then changed to a couple at a later date.

Great location for Ilkley, brilliant river walks for the dog, off road parking was a real bonus, Beautiful flat, with everything you need , for a three day break it was perfect.

The apartment is cozy and compact but well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fresh milk and cake was a nice touch. We travelled by motorbike and off road parking is always a bonus. Location is great.

The living room faces the main road so there’s a bit of traffic noise, but it goes much quieter at night.

heating worked exceptionally well, but thermostat couldn’t adjust, so either on very hot or off.

Very close to the town centre . Delighted to see that Alicia had responded to my request for a table & chairs in the property . We had a lovely stay .

Living room was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely touch of leaving us milk and a fresh loaf of bread as well as tea, etc. The place was lovely and warm.
Shower pressure weak and head kept slipping down. Would prefer a wardrobe to just drawers.
