Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to South Beach. Blessed with good weather so saw some excellent sunsets over the sea. House very roomy especially the summer room and downstairs bedroom and wet room. Garden safe too. Visited the lavender farm, Sandringham, Hunstanton, Old Hunstanton, Wells on the sea and the deer safari. Tasty Fish and chips from Heacham fish bar and some of our party had the Thursday special buffet from the Indian restaurant on High Street. My 2 year old grandaughter enjoyed feeding the ducks in the village and catching the bus to Old Hunstanton. A beautiful area with friendly locals. Well equipped. Even dog toys and bowls.

Perhaps more than one bath towel each for the week and more teaspoons.. Holiday homes I've stayed in previously have provided milk and a few treats for arrival.

The location was good . Close to the beach. Very quiet area

Upstairs bedroom was full of cob webs specially the bedside lanps.. so cpuld do with a good dusting. Other than that it was fine

Lovely big house especially the extension, plenty of seating. Downstairs bedroom and wet room was great for elderly parents. Good size bedrooms. Nice garden. Quiet road, good location.

Some areas require a good clean. The kitchen let's the property down. Insufficient plates, mugs, t-spoons. Also they were all different sizes and a mis-match. Many items in the kitchen were dirty when went to use eg, plates, bowls, cutlery. Insufficient dishwasher tablets (3 for a 7 night stay).

Excellent accommodation garden fantastic. Great downstairs extension with bedroom, wet room.

Couldn't find light switch for conservatory ceiling lights.
