Very well designed, new and clean room

the location is a bit remote from the Freising center and bus/train to the airport

Moderne Ausstattung, großes Bad und ein ausnehmend bequemes Bett.

Zimmerzugang per Handy ist mitunter etwas hakelig, wenn auch vom Grundsatz ok. Vielleicht wäre ein Panel für einen Zahlencode noch bequemer?

Das Zimmer ist sehr passend eingerichtet und sauber Es gab sogar eine Kapselkaffemaschine inkl. Kaffe und Milch, so dass wir uns frühmorgens selbst Kaffee machen konnten. Besonders gut: Es gab fürs Handy einen Ladestecker inkl. Kabel

Der Kühlschrank war etwas laut, den mussten wir über Nach ausschalten

Tolles Design, luftig und sehr sauber.

Alles war sauber, modern und gemütlich.Die Zimmer geräumig und leise, trotz Strasse. Die Lage sehr gut.Supermarkt auch in der Nähe. Wenn man Fragen hat, per WhatsApp sofort beantwortet und gekümmert. Kann die Location sehr empfehlen.

Es war nur eine Kaffeetasse und ein Weinglas vorhanden. Das sehr nette Personal hat jedoch am nächsten Tag nach dem Hinweis sofort reagiert. Für die nächsten Gäste ist dann alles wieder komplett.

Zutritt mit Zugangscode hat nicht funktioniert. Telefonisch wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen (um 22.00 Uhr). Aufpreis von 39,50 für einen Zimmerzutritt ab 9.00 Uhr, obwohl das Zimmer lt. Nachricht fertig war. Die Aufpreise sind gestaffelt - 1 Std. vor „voraussichtlicher Ankunftszeit“ Kosten in Höhe von „nur noch“ 9,50.

The booking process and the check in without reception is uncomplicated, everything worked well. The towels are super fluffy

Our room was very small. Also the cable of the coffemachine was way to short so it was quite difficult to use it

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen und trotzdem Zentralen Lage. Der Checkin war super einfach. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und trotzdem komfortabel eingerichtet. Bei Fragen steht immer jemand über WhatsApp zur Verfügung, dies haben wir auch 2x in Anspruch genommen und immer rasch eine Antwort auf unsere Frage bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider gab es nur einen Stuhl am Esstisch, was recht schwierig ist wenn man zu 2. ist. An der ein oder anderen Stelle war es recht Staubig. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

I likes the quiet, nice room. Relatively close to the airport although the taxi is almost 40 Euros each way.

The automated “confirmation” was a bit of a pain. On Booking it said “confirmed” but another email confirmation was required and because of that I did not get a proper code. Then the room opening system did not work, luckily an assistant of the owner was in the area and helped me get in and gave me a card. But if all this happened late at night it would have been quite bad. Also, no fridge to put any food. What I didn’t like the most was a yellow spot on the bad together with some hair. If these issues are addressed it’s a good hotel.

The shower floor was a tad slippery. A little noisy due to the busy road

The property itself .. the room with kitchen facilities lovely.. clean.. hardly there .. no guidance as to restaurants etc. Even when asked.

Difficulty in checking in on line ..other guests had the same problem .. nobody on staff present. Taxi drivers do not like coming to the village or for pick ups early AM .. not an airport hotel!

The design and look.

Hotels are not suppose to be Air BNB’s. It’s to modern and to confusing. No front desk. No staff. Shower was clogged. I had to clean the water leak. No AC. It’s 2023. Maybe Germans don’t like Ac but everyone else does. Here is the kicker. No way what so ever to catch a taxi to the airport. I had to walk to a real hotel and ask them to call me a taxi. I’m sorry. Cool idea but we are not ready for this type of service and I don’t think we will be.

Very smooth online/no-person checkin procedure. Room was really nice.

In my room the fridge was a bit noisy. Had to turn it off. Might be broken compressor or just the plain heatwave. As I didn't need the fridge, this was a no problem situation, too.

The place was clean and well furnished. There are multiple grocery shops within 10 minutes walk. The kitchen is well equipped.

The place is very noisy if you keep the windows open and is too warm with the windows closed. There is no elevator to access the upper floors. The stay was was for 4 days. The television was not working and I tried to contact via chat. The only response I received was they will contact the team and get back to me but never got any further response. I stayed in apartment number 17. There was no privacy in the bathroom due to the design of window and there is no curtain for the bathroom window. The place has no physical keys. It puts an additional pressure to keep the phone charged while you are visiting nearby places as a tourist. The rooms can be opened only by clicking the button provided in the link and you will be locked out if your phone is switched off.
