Nothing for complain.

property was filthy. must not been cleaned, sheets were dirty and smelly. cigarette butts in front and also in backyard.

The main level kitchen, dining area, living room was great. Perfect for our group of 4. Main floor bedroom and bathroom were very nice.

There was an overwhelming smell of air fresheners throughout the house. We took them out in the downstairs bedroom to alleviate the smell to be able to sleep and then the room had a really musty stale smell. We ended up not being able to use that bedroom. The twin bed in the upstairs was very uncomfortable. If not for the smells the place would have been fine.

Don't know about a breakfast. Really enjoyed having the backyard area to hang out in.

The mattress upstairs could use an update. Other than that we have no complaints.

The stairs were a danger. The basement was too musty.
