Good location. Clean and spacious, especially the living room. Large rooms with two double bed. Excellent for a large group to stay. Facilities like air conditioning and fans are sufficient.

One of the bathroom no proper place for hanging towel. Not enough charging socket in the room.

Hi, my family like the ambiance of the house, very comfortable and we feel safe too.

The one that makes us disappointed was the check-in process instead of 3 pm they change it to 5 pm. Very tiring waiting since we came from travel and want to rest. But good thing they always communicate with us.

The room is clean and very nice. My family really enjoyed the place and it is very secure. Nearby to many major attractions mid town.

The 2 apartments we stayed in were very spacious, clean & comfortable. We felt very safe. The view of the swimming pool from the balcony was great🤗. Overall a great place to stay.

The security check-in at the guardhouse should be improved. We were informed that the QR codes given to us earlier by the Novo 8 management were not correct and that they could not let us in. We had to wait quite a while till the management sorted it out and sent new QR codes. One of the parking bays given to us by the management also differed from the security guards listing. One of the guards actually told us that our cars can be clamped if the unit's owner returned & needed to park! We also had issues with the guards when we exited or re-entered the condo premises. Would appreciate if the management took the initiative to train the guards to handle visitors in a quick & timely manner. We had also informed the Management about the bathroom light not working in Unit B1003 on the 1st night. However until we checked out, no one had called or come in to repair it!

cleanliness ! sorry to say that but it was so uncomfortable staying there cause once i checked in , the master bedroom was not even ready , it is super messy n didn’t change their bed sheet yet. don’t know either housekeeping forgot or what. I really care about this cause I am allergic to dust I was really frustrated I took a picture & told the host but no one replied my message until the check out time i still can consider if they can come and change the bedsheet but no action taken

Big and clean room. The staff is friendly and helpful. A pleasant and comfy stay here.

Parking. Need to go through multi levels with maze kind of turning only reached the parking lot. The car park ramp also very narrow. Just nice for a car size to pass through.

The host was awesome! First i got unit b-17** then i realize my tv, kitchen and microwave cannot use. So i told the host and they changed our unit to B-25-11 and it was perfect With the city view and other accomodation.. thanks to them!!

The windows was little bit dangerous to the family that have kids. They didnt lock with screw so kids can open it easily and yes kids can reach it..
