كل شئ في هذا المكان يشعرك ببالراحة والاطمئنان من حيث الموقع المطل علي البحر مباشرة في منطقة مقابلة لمجموعة من المطاعم الفاخرة بأسعار معقولة (The Walk) الفندق نفسه يحتوي على عدد من الخدمات التي ستشعرك بالراحة مثل ركن القهوة وخدمة مغسلة الملابس خدمة استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم عند القدوم إلي الموقع وتسهيل كافة إجراءات الحجز كما إنك ستجد كل شى حقيقي كما هو معروض بالصور المرفقة علي تطبيق Booking وهذا يشعرك بالثقة منذ البداية بالإضافة إلى العاملين بالفندق وعلى راسهم الأستاذة نيرمين مديرة الفندق والاستاذ محمد المسؤول عن استقبال الضيوف والاخت رشا والاخت شيماء جميعهم في قمة الذوق والرقي في التعامل أود ان اشكرهم جميعا
English: Everything in this place makes you feel comfortable and reassured in terms of the location overlooking the sea directly in an area opposite a group of luxury restaurants at reasonable prices (The Walk) The hotel itself contains a number of services that will make you feel comfortable such as coffee corner and laundry service Guest reception and welcome service when coming to the site and facilitating all booking procedures You will also find everything real as shown in the attached pictures on the Booking application and this makes you feel confident from the beginning in addition to To the hotel staff, headed by Ms. Nermeen, the hotel manager, Mr. Mohammed, who is responsible for receiving guests, Sister Rasha and Sister Shaimaa, all of them are at the top of taste and sophistication in dealing, I would like to thank them all:

Property was clean enough.
On a very noisy Road. I had to close the windows at night because of the noise but then i felt hot because it was july. Fans were useless. The property is an apartment in a building. It has 4 or 5 rooms with a main sitting area. It was reasonably clean. Staff was nice but i booked a room with AC and got only a fan. It might be nice in winter. Shared bathroom was ok. Bathroom was kept reasonably clean. Balconies need comfortable chairs.

The room was very clean and there was a good view in the front room , staff very friendly
I booked a room with a private bathroom and when i got confirmation from the hotel was shared bathroom , but they tried to fix this issue
Hostel needs more rooms with a private bathroom ,but at all the bathrooms are super clean

I had traveled just for one day to work in Alexandria but I returned again and stayed in the same place in Serine Hostel, I can say that it was the same as my first experience.
The place is so comfortable and quiet. The view from the window is fantastic. You feel like you are in the heart of Alexandria. I was standing everyday in the window watching the sunset.
The staff tries to make your stay more comfortable, always asking you if you need any help or if there is anything you would like to make your stay easier.
I would definetely recommend this Hostel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Great location, really pleasant, and the room was very clean, comfortable with a wonderful view.
I can also say that the thing which makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.
All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I am a solo traveler and have visited many countries and I can say that this place is on the level of hostels in Europe.
I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Alexandria. This was one of the nicest places I stayed in the four weeks in Egypt.

The view is ok
Very bad experience
The building is old, the elevator is very old and doesn't carry well, it's a safety hazard actually.
I was stuck in the elevator for 20 mins until a random person helped me.
There is no emergency contact number and no room service and only shared bathrooms.

The location was near to the beach
It's the worst place I had ever stay
First of all , after I reached the location , I didn't find anything , no suits in this area , tried to contact them through their number, was out of service
I was very upset , my family was waiting with me and my child also
After many trials to find any communication method I sent message through booking , after awhile someone answered me on whatts to inform me about another location
After I got the correct location, no reception , no one to contact , just the security guard only
TV was not working
No cooker
Refrigerator not working well
No washing machine
Tried to contact anyone but no response
