Proximity to Billie Jean Kings USTA center.

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. Parking: The parking situation was poor. I had to pay $38 per night for parking, which I found to be quite steep. Room Issues: The AC unit in my room was not working. Despite the engineer's efforts, it could not be fixed. When I initially requested an upgrade due to my elite status, I was told that the hotel was completely booked. However, once it became clear that the AC unit couldn't be repaired, multiple room options suddenly became available. This felt dishonest, as it seemed the hotel declined my earned upgrade out of greed but then offered options when faced with a maintenance issue. Additionally, the phone in the room was not functioning, forcing me to use my cell phone to contact the front desk about these problems. Dining Experience: The service at the steakhouse restaurant was subpar. It was evident that there was a staff shortage. Although the food was okay, everything else was a C-. The restaurant staff frequently passed our table without checking if we needed anything, and our drinks were served only after the food had already arrived. Overall, the combination of parking fees, room issues, and disappointing service at the restaurant made for a less than ideal stay.

Room is very clean and comfortable. Great location to food and shopping.

The elevators were confusing. Some only goes to certain floors and others to all floors. Most of the floors don’t have the signage to state which elevators to take.

Loved absolutely everything, from the room to the club lounge, and the restaurant. Everything was top notch including the free breakfast which was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating

O hotel SUPEROU as minhas expectativas. Staff super atencioso, bom café da manhã. A vista do restaurante para Manhattan é fantástica. Eu sou apaixonada pela cultura chinesa e, "quase" me senti na China dentro desse bairro fantástico. O bairro oferece várias opões de restaurantes asiáticos.

Posizione molto comoda per i servizi (30min di metro da Time Square) e la caratteristica comunità asiatica autentica. Camere molto bene arredate e insonorizzate. Staff molto gentile e colazione davvero buona. Lo consiglio!!

L'unica sbavatura riguarda la pulizia della camera.. con puntualità veniva sistemato il letto, la biancheria e i prodotti, ma non è mai stato pulito il pavimento o i bagni nonostante sia stato indicato in reseption.

Good location

Beautifully designed hotel with functional room features like hooks to hang up towels and clothes, and a curtain separating the bathroom area and the bed. The toilet and shower are separate, which is similar to how a lot of hotels are designed in Asia. The hotel is located above a mall, with lots of food options like a delicious hot pot place and Kura revolving sushi. Also have bubble tea and a food court for other options. Close to Che Li, a NY Times highly rated Chinese restaurant which I recommend booking in advance.

We got a room on the 11th floor which is the same level as the Lounge. We loved how accessible it was to the Lounge, but some guests talked really loudly and didn’t respect that it was 6 am while walking to the Lounge. Not the fault of the hotel, just something to note.
