Very functional and superbly cosy and clean 1 bed apartment. The appliances are brand new. The host was very responsive, friendly and flexible.

The host David is very professional and his communication was excellent. The apartment itself is generously provisioned. It is exactly as depicted in the photos, very clean with lovely natural sunlight during the day. The bedroom deserves a special mention. We have never slept better on holiday, the room was wonderfully quiet and the bed super comfortable. There is everything a traveller could need in the area. A lovely cafe only a minute walk away and a supermarket just as close. There are many bus lines located close to the apartment so that we were able to easily travel anywhere in Malaga by bus, ie old town, Beach and train/bus station. Highly recommended.

David is so wonderfully polite and professional in his communications. I wish more apartment hosts could be as kind as him. I really appreciate that he allowed me to check in early. Bedroom was very peaceful during my stay, and the apartment smelled nice. FYI: there wasn’t an indoor clothes-drying rack during my stay but thankfully the weather was good so I could dry my clothes on the line outside with no issues. Also, what looks like two cameras inside the apartment are actually "motion photo sensors" connected to the home-alarm system, and as David explained to me, they don’t actually record you or invade your privacy.

Ants were an issue. I found myself wishing for more counter/storage space. Toilet seat could have benefitted from a bit more careful cleaning. A lint roller could be used as the final step of the cleaning to remove little hairs on the bedding. No top sheet was included in the bedding.

I came back to stay 2nd time in this apartment because nothing beats what this place had to offer. To top it all off, I had really fast internet for me to work remotely which made my working days so much easier. It also has a huge brand new smart TV with Netflix and etc. so if you are looking for a comfortable apartment to stay/work definitely book here.

It’s not directly in the center, but only 20min walk. But it was fine as I had nowhere to rush :)

Thanks to David the amazing host who interacted with me over the phone and made my checkin super easy, I felt like home from the moment I stepped my foot in this place. The property is brand new in a new development, with all possible equipment that you would ever need for a short or even longer stay. Most amazing was a super comfortable bedroom with good quality bed and a direct access to outdoor terrace. The attention to detail was immaculate to create cosy and really comfortable stay (cushions, extra blankets, candles, coat hangers, new towels, food & wine for the first night). This was probably one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in Europe and I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Malaga again.
