The place was big and spacious, almost well equipped

The microwave didn't work and from Friday evening we were waiting in a replacement which only cane when we checked out on the Monday

The wonderful size and decoration of the Villa and excellent service provided by the Villa management and one of the smoothest check I ever had.

More bath towels is recommended.

The area was quiet and amazing, very calm, helpful staff specially Lolanta that was always online with me to be sure that everything was fine. The swimming pool was 2 min far from the villa.

You should focus a little more on insects and cleaning the property

The villa was presented for us online totally different of the reality. It was suppose to be as per the floor plans 2 bedrooms each with her own bathroom in the upper floor and two bedrooms on one sharing bathroom which wasn't the case . Two bedrooms had one bathroom that you can't access except by passing by the other bedroom and only one bedroom had her own private bathroom and the 4th bedroom was without any bathroom or any access to any of the bathrooms. This created a big problem as we were a group of friends with kids. The villa was dirty with insects everywhere. The staff wasn't responding the fridge wasn't cooling and the curtains were broken we couldn't close them in the rooms. And we had no key to close the main door of the villa when we sleep at night.and the villa was presented with pucture if direct access to the beach which wasn't the case

Location is good with pool and beach access. Intercontinental across the road.

I loved the place and the surroundings. How peaceful it was. Gave us a big family to spend alot of time with each other.

Gas not available had to tell them to bring it n they finally bought it at the end of the day. Lights were not working. Washing machine not working There was a very strong gas leak smell. Made it quiet difficult for us to use the kitchen. Iron box not available Vacuum cleaner not working No door mats Lack of toiletries only shampoo was available No back up for toilet paper Water leaking from the ceiling in the ground floor toilet. The WC seat was not fixed properly in the ground floor bedroom toilet. Hence could not be used. I had asked for extra towels but nothing reached. Wifi didn't reach all the rooms. It was totally absent in one room. It became very difficult for people with jobs. Had to remind the host a few times of the problems within the house. No quality check of the house was done before handing it over. The cloth stand provided was broken and one side was not at all usable.Z add
