There is nothing I did like.

Bad experience!!!! Everything was so dirty, sheet was smelly. Also, check in time until 23:00, but I got a problem to accesses the house then I called to host around 22:00, then he didn’t answer first 3 calls, in 4th he answered then he angrily said that “he was sleepy and I should call him in the next morning”. I asked help to another guest. Nightmare!!!

Room good size.

Clean shower/ shelf. No hangers. No bedside lamp. Dog barking until late. Work being undertaken so a lot of dust and noise. I'm sure once fully completed building work will be a much nicer place to stay. Tv would be a nice touch.

I felt VERY unsafe staying at the B&B. It was difficult to get into my room as the lock was not unlocking with the code that I was given. Another guest called the owner and helped me get in. The owner came and proceeded to hit on me. He tried to come into my room without permission and offered me wine. I told him I did not want him in my room and I would meet him downstairsin the kitchen. I was scared if I said no to the wine he would try to come inside my room again. I went downstairs to the kitchen and we talked amd had some wine. He steered the conversation to tell me that the B&B was a place that people came to have casual sex and asked if I wanted him to sleep in my room. I told him no, I am here for work, and said good night. I literally slept with a chair and my suitcase against my door.

The room smelled like mold upon entering. It was cold, the heater was not working at all and it was a rainy night. The bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress. The whole place was dingy and dirty.

Pretty good location, near Thorton train station. No need a person to check in, you can have all the passwords. The price is reasonable. No noise if only looking to sleep over. Has all the basic kitchen accommodations on the first floor. Free soap and a water bottle.

My room was on third floor. Bathroom and shower is on first floor. No separate fridge, microwave or even cattle. No toilet paper, no trash bags in the room. The largest drawback is that whole place is quite dirty to be honest.

I like the view and location, The staff are good for managing customers.

The first room which I booked was so dirty with hairs and dust, we changed rooms and also the other one was not so good. Not clean at all I am not going back.

Close to all transport, well situated .

At present under intense update .as far as what the owner said he is updating the Rooms on this property, the room at the very top of this property, is too far out of the way ,the shower; and toilet , 3 flights of stairs for usage. This must be brought to the owners attention.

Well spaced room, en sweet shower, was large, basic facilities was good.

There was no shower mat when you stepped out of shower, you have to punch numbers in to enter property, and also to enter the room. It would help if the numbers were given to you in advance.

Close to a main highway.

Extremely disgusting and unhygienic. I don't think they washed the towels and it seemed like they just turned the pillow cases inside out from the previous guests. Don't get me started about the bathroom... I'm sparing you pictures of the toilet. Half a roll of toilet paper for 2 people, the bottle of "soap" had about 1/8 left of diluted something and the whole room was EXTREMELY dirty. We stopped there ~11pm and left at 6am on our way to London.

Quiet street location

There was building work going on as I arrived, the bed linen was not clean, the fridge smelled of mould, I had to fix the microwave oven to make it work,and the bathroom was terrible.

Overcrowded

The property is walking distance from Thornton Heath Station. The room and bathroom is clean enough and access to the kitchen was very useful

My room. Was not refreshed throughout my two nights there. The towels were not replaced and they were dark coloured towels so it is difficult to see the level of cleanliness. Although guests could make use of the kitchen, there was just one plate and two soup bowls. Cutlery was in short supply. The back garden and the backdoor was completely left opened throughout the nights. An intruder could climb from the low fence at the next property

The smell, the condition of the shared toilets were that disgusting, I left the building to find a bush to pee in The kitchen had food in it since the dark ages and the room was for two but only one towel provided

It was an amazing experience here. The room was clean and very comfortable. I will book again here
