The keyless entry code did not work. Had to call Vacasa, who talked to me like I was bothering her. After multiple attempts at entering the keyless entry code, the CS provided incorrect location information of where the physical key was located, which I found on my own. I recommended the instructions be updated to state the correct location of the lock box. Total time to enter home, in the rain, was 10 minutes. The internet was down the last day I was there until my departure the next morning.

There is only one shower inside the home but another out door shower that does have warm water and of course is private.

There are two toliets but one is in the laundry room with the back door screened patio right there. Also, you can not lock the door of anyone that may come through the kitchen door but the back door you are able to lock.
