Great location and property. Communication with property manager was hit or miss. Had a problem with air conditioning the first night because they must monitor it, but she fixed it. No problems after that!

Very clean and felt like home. Close to beach but not too close. Only (minor) complaint was both propane tanks (the one for the grill and the one for the outdoor firepit) were both empty. Instructions were that you could go get propane from Lowes. I wasn't going to buy propane for the next 10 renters to use.

The pictures doesn’t do anything for the house.. it’s beyond beautiful and extra clean.. awesome neighborhood beach right up the street my family enjoyed every thing plenty of space and beautiful balcony

Waveland did not disappoint
This was our first time booking with VRBO and our first time visiting Waveland, MS. Both far exceeded my expectations. The house is terrific. It is comfortable, spacious, brand new, and about 1 block from the best beach setting you can imagine. It is about 2 miles from what I will call downtown Waveland and it is a great atmosphere. Great food, fun bars right on the beach, all within walking distance of each other.
We ate at Nae Nae's Memphis style BBQ, which is about 6 miles from the house and that was some of the best BBQ we've ever had!
Tyra was great and accommodating, we will definitely be back to enjoy again! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful property. Very clean and inviting. Tyra, our guest host was very helpful and informative about our stay. Convenient to beach and downtown Bay St. Louis . Will definitely recommend to friends and family and we are curious to see and visit some of their other properties!!!

Very nice property but beware, no elevator
The house was clean, well appointed and exactly as pictured. We liked the location. However, the elevator that was listed under amenities did not work. We weren't told of that until I arrived and called the representative for help getting in the house. We had a guest with us who was relying on that elevator as she was unable to climb stairs without great difficulty. If the elevator does not work it should not be listed, especially since getting into the house at all requires a flight of stairs. And if it was out of service for repairs, we should have been notified prior to arrival so we could rebook a different house that was accessible.. Unfortunately this issue really affected what would have otherwise been a very nice stay.

My family & I came down for a last minute funeral unfortunately. The check in was smooth & she checked in with us before we even arrived which was just as comforting as the property. Peaceful, had everything we needed for our short walk to the beach, & the beds were very, very comfortable. It was a lovely stay! Thank you for having us!
