My daughter and I stayed here to get away from the crowds that go with volleyball tournaments and because the pictures online were eclectic and fun! We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities included and at the convenience of getting to the Sportsplex. We were able to walk to dinner at Broussards, and still be at the tourney venue in 10 minutes. This property is convenient to shopping and in a safe neighborhood.

This was a sweet little apartment that had all we needed for a comfortable 6 days I’m Cape. We loved the eclectic decor and the history of the schoolhouse! We would stay there again!

The house was very clean and just as advertised. The location of the house was perfect for a short walk to the SEMO homecoming parade. We would definitely stay there again! And we all loved the swing in the living room!!

Very Eclectic and Unique while still feeling very Homey and Comfortable! Very clean! Easy few minute walk to our favorite downtown restaurants. Easy 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to SEMO campus. Convenient driveway and/or street parking. Highly recommended. We will be back. Thank you.

The place was beautiful! Exactly as described on the site. And the beds were very comfortable! The owner also did a wonderful job! She was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had any questions.

We stayed in this place because it looked cute in the listing and the proximity to the college where the concert was - was perfect! My friends and I had a great time, this little apartment also has aesthetic decorating and we were able to take some very cute photos! Would recommend and stay again if we came back to the area.

We found the unit to be well-maintained, organized and with helpful labeling. It was fun to look around the eclectic and interesting (historical) decor. It was well-furnished with linens and towels. We enjoyed the big tub, the swinging chair, the bicycles and the bed was very comfortable. It is an EZ walk to downtown/riverfront shops and restaurants - we went to a Saturday Farmer's Market. We also enjoyed hikes at the Pickle Springs Natural Area and the Trail of Tears State Park. We tried out luck for a couple hours at a nearby casino too.
So, fun place to stay and plenty to do.

Very close to downtown and the river. Very nice two bedroom and unique. We would stay here again.
