This property is more than just a house, it is a home and it makes you feel right at home. The owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating. And the most important things- comfortable bed and hot water were both above standards. I cannot say enough about this home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back in an instant.

Based on past reviews, we selected this property for our stay in the Portland area to visit our new grandbaby. The property owner wad quick to answer any questions we had during the booking process. When we arrived, we came in late. The property manager left lights in for us, as well as music. We found the house well stocked with necessities. The house was spotless clean!!! Everything about the property was perfect, to include the setting on the property to view the fall leaves. We wished the property was available for Christmas as it is already booked. But, we will certainly tey again for spring!

Open floor plan in a quiet area midway between various area destinations. Plenty of room for a group to dine and relax. Quick communication from the owner. Well stocked supplies. Recommend and would rent in the future:

Walking in this house was like walking into a home that was just built. Everything was fresh and new looking with a landscape done by a professional. The location to town is perfect. I'd stay in this house again.

This beautiful home has all you need to have a wonderful get away. The home is nicely decorated with an abundance of linens and kitchen supplies. The owner Tammy was great to work with. The house is in a quiet setting off the main road surrounded by woods conveniently located to several attractions.

Newly renovated property with amazing open kitchen and living room. Provided every thing we needed. Fully stocked kitchen..cute little coffee area. The only issue really was the guest bathroom didnt have the shower in it. You have to go through the kitchen to take a shower in the laundry area. So that was kind of different. But we enjoyed our stay.

there is not enough words to say how beautiful, gorgeous the house and property is. the master bedroom is huge, so is the bathroom with the walk in closet and walk in shower. the kitchen is amazing. the manager was very friendly and helpful, hopefully we can book it for next year.

We’ve stayed at various places via Vrbo and this house was the very best at providing a welcoming atmosphere with top level amenities. The house was very inviting with many thoughtful touches. We were in Maine to attend the wedding of our niece and the house was a great place to rest and relax between social activities. The host was very responsive and helpful.
I would highly recommend for someone looking for quality, cleanliness, and a welcoming home to serve as a base for visiting Portland and the surrounding area.

Great spot for a girls weekend away (with a small number of girls as it is only 2 bedrooms). Big open concept with kitchen/living room/dining area.
Owner is in apt above garage but never heard or saw them. Very quick responses with any questions over app messaging system.

This house was AMAZING! Very welcoming and felt like home away from home. The home was beautifully decorated and so cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the shower is the master was awesome! Easy checking in. Would 100% stay here again.

Really great house. Easy in and out. Responsive host. Beautiful master bath, but the second bathroom does not have a shower, rather there is a stand alone shower in the laundry room. Overall a really great rental.

This house is more than you can ask for when visiting Maine. It’s new with every appliance you could think of and the location is impecable. My family and I had gone to Maine for a wedding and the location was just 20 min from the venue on Sebago Lake and only 30 min from Portland, making it central and convenient. The plethora of hiking trails nearby also allowed for beautiful morning runs and quick hikes. Over all this property is spectacular and I can’t wait to return when the Jacuzzi is installed!!!

This was my first VRBO experience and I fear that this experience has set the bar you high for those that follow. This house was spacious, clean and comfortable. It became our home base while visiting family because it provided everything we needed. Our host, Tammy, was very responsive to any questions or needs. I highly recommend this property.

Tammy provided and very clean and beautifully decorated place to stay for our trip to Portland. The property was located about 12 miles from center city but was extremely easy to drive.

This was a beautiful house. Very warm and welcoming. Lots of personal touches throughout the house to make us feel welcome. Fully equipped with everything you can possibly need to enjoy your stay.
