The house location was superb with outstanding views of the sunset and bay. Easy access to beach areas. The house was located in a relaxing and quiet area. Our family loved the house and all the balconies. Screened in balcony on the third floor was perfect for family meals! Screened in pool was great for after beach time. Elevator was great as living areas were on the second and third floor. Cannot think of anything we did not like and will look forward to staying here in the future.

This house was exceptional for our family. The beds were super comfy, sheets were luxurious and buttery soft. The sunsets on the bay were absolutely priceless!!!

The location and house were very nice. We had no internet until Tuesday which made it difficult for any of us to watch tv or work. The gas grill on the deck was out of gas. One of the kids lights fell out of the ceiling when they were taking a shower and it shattered glass everywhere.

Great older home needs a little TLC as many things were not operating correctly such as the dishwasher, garbage disposal, some doors, jacuzzi tub and TVs/wi-fi, light bulbs, etc. The elevator was a plus for elderly renter.

Will definitely come back!

We expected king size beds and there were none. It would be nice to have instructions in the rental. There was no power in main room and we had to search for breaker. No way to communicate to get help. No instructions for check out.

Nice prperty,,fully stocked kitchen and everything easily located. Just didnt see à exit property instructions or trash schedule.

Great place! Beautiful sunsets, from the decks! Short walk to the beach! Lots of amenities (charcoal grill, gas grill, refrigerator downstairs on the bottom floor, where the grills are, and even a supply of wood and charcoal! We didn’t use it, but nice that it was there! Big rooms, many bathrooms, wonderful screened in pool! Clean, neat, and support staff were very polite, and nice! I recommend Turtle Cove, for anyone looking to relax! Paddle boards, kayaks… all provided! Elevator was very reliable, once we figured out how to work it. We are planning on renting it again!

This place was great. Description was spot on. Quiet neighborhood, great location. Pool was maintained twice while we stayed. Contact with host was extremely helpful and had fast response to any issues.

The location of home is great, beautiful views of the bay, close to beach access and lots of space for big families. The listing says King beds, although the beds were comfortable that is not accurate queens/double size only. House could use some TLC (deep cleaning etc) Until things are updated renters should bring their own blankets, pot, pans, etc. Had to purchase grill due to the dysfunctional one on site. If bringing pets, back yard is fenced in but not kept up. Screened in pool is great but be warned the screen door is broken, once it is open it does not close automatically. Covered parking is a plus. Also house has an elevator which was helpful for bringing in and taking out luggage and supples. Sunsets are beautiful on the porch and having some screened in also was nice. We contacted management on a few safety issues and let them know the cleanliness of the property so hopefully they will contact owners and make sure the house is a little more comfortable for future guest. Also emails to the management went unanswered, it was explained to us that using the VRBO app was the best way to contact them. Something that should have been explained in the check in-check out instructions. But unfortunately they didn’t have any of those either. I would recommend this home for large families. It was very comfortable and you could spread out and not feel so cramped. Overall our stay was fun and we enjoyed it.

The property was very nice, there was plenty of room for our family including 7 adults and 3 children. The location was very convenient to the Bay and the Beach. Everyone on the island was friendly, we had a nice relaxing vacation. I would suggest T.V.s in the bedrooms and a Check Out instructions. Thanks for having us!

The place is great, clean and pretty well maintained. The only problem we had was a water leak under the kitchen sink. It leaked through to the second floor and made all the smoke detectors go off. We had a hard time getting in touch with the property manager but when we did he was very friendly. We were able to stop the leak and get the smoke detectors to stop ourselves. No one ever came to fix it during our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home on St. George Island. The house was clean and offered ample space and amenities. The bay view was perfect for evening sunsets from the porches. We accessed the beach by a short golf cart ride daily and it was great to have the covered pool to relax with a different vibe in the heat of the midday sun. The one thing to note was that none of the beds were actually king size - only queen, however the mattresses were excellent quality and offered a wonderful night's sleep. All-in-all, would highly recommend and would book this vacation home again.

Turtle Coves was as described. A beautiful home for all to enjoy. Upon arriving everyone talked about how clean everything was. We loved the view of the bay and would have loved being able to see the ocean. Golf carts came in handy to the beach however the walk was not bad. The pool was an added treat for us to enjoy. Overall the best home for cleanliness and space in our travels.

We loved our stay here. As shown and explained in the profile. super nice, great communication and would definitely stay here again. This was our fourth trip to SGI and we have never seen better sunsets than from this house's balcony. Incredible.
