My 3 girlfriends and I enjoyed a wonderful late winter / early spring weekend at this home. It is truly as pictured - lovely - and incredibly well apportioned and thoughtfully detailed. The location is perfect - close to everything and yet feels like it’s in the middle of the woods. The beds were heavenly. We are already planning our return trip!

We had the best stay at Bubbly! It was clean, very close to town, loved the outside with the creek and fire pit and it had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated too. We can’t wait to stay at Bubbly again!

The house was absolutely stunning- perfectly decorated, fully equipped. It’s on a creek, which provides lovely sounds. The fire pit and outdoor area were wonderful, and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire, listening to the creek. A very easy walk into town and to hiking spots, but also a very short drive to other hikes (Whiteside Mtn). We had a great time, and we’d absolutely stay again! Highly recommend Bubbly Cottage.

I had a friend visiting me in Atlanta from Canada and we wanted to get away for the weekend. After booking spa appointments at the Old Edwards Inn, I looked for a cabin we could rent that wouldn’t require a 20-minute drive back and forth. This cabin is perfectly located just off of 4th Street. The pictures are an exact representation of the cabin - absolutely stunning. It was well appointed with everything we needed, down to dry wood to burn in the fireplace on a cold rainy night. Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to be close to town while exploring Highlands. Gabi was super responsive and accommodating. A+ for this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bubbly Cottage! You couldn’t ask for better location within walking distance of shopping and restaurants! The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed from firewood to kitchen supplies to cook a special Christmas Eve dinner! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location in the cutest little mountain bungalow next to the creek. It had everything we needed, was well stocked, and easily walkable to everything on the main strip in town. Had a great time and would definitely go back!

Very close and walkable to downtown Highlands. Loved the updated decor! It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage and was perfect for us. We were 2 couples so the set up was perfect for us. Thank you so much. Beautiful place!

The home has beautiful, comfortable furnishings. We really love the location an easy three block walk to town. We enjoyed the walk. We also appreciated parking off street right by the front door. Art stayed with Shortt, so our only disappointment was, we spent very little time in the cottage. As we were shopping and dining.

We had a lovely stay at this updated, clean and cozy home in Highlands. It was perfect for our annual fall break visit. The home is well appointed and we especially enjoyed the porch swings. You cannot beat the close location to walk to town but also several good hikes. We hope to stay again soon!

Everything we could ever want we found in this charming mountain cottage. Highlands is lovely and the proximity of the cottage was great. We had a few family members in for watching football, we brought snacks and enjoyed the Georgia/Auburn game in our lovely living room. Drinks at the banquet, fresh air on the screened porch! Perfection

The house was clean and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed being within walking distance of all of our favorite places in Highland including Blue Bike Cafe and Calders Coffee. Everything about the house was amazing! We enjoyed making fires in the fire pit each night!

My favorite part was the screened in porch, laying on the outdoor beds and listening to the river was priceless. Secondly the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable im a mastress snob so thats really saying alot, felt like a high quality memory foam.

Our stay at Bubbly Cottage was wonderful. The location is great, allowing us to walk to dinner in town, enjoy the live music in the park and access the many trails in Highlands, but still enjoy a quiet neighborhood. The cottage was well-equipped and very clean. The host was easy to deal with and there was also a nice welcome surprise. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We just returned from a fantastic one week stay in Bubbly Cottage. The home is in a perfect location and a quick walk to Main Street restaurants and shopping. It’s very nicely decorated and well maintained. We really enjoyed spending time relaxing at the fire pit next to a creek that borders the property. Having stayed in many Highlands homes over the years, this was definitely one of the best. Thank you to our host. We hope to stay in your great home again.

Thought the home is smaller, it’s well-laid out floor plan offered privacy for all with generous seating in the TV room where everyone could fit for movie time! The bedrooms have window AC units but we didn’t need them. Great kitchen and how nice to have an extra powder room. Perfect location within walking distance to town, too! Owner was very responsive, too!

Where do I start? The home is in the perfect location. A short walk to town but you feel like you are in a remote location. There’s a stream in the backyard you can hear from the inside. The house has everything you need and it’s easy to navigate. On top of that the decor is dreamy and calming. The beds and furniture are so comfy. The host is obviously very thoughtful! This is the perfect sized place for 2 couples or for a girls weekend.

Our friends and I could not have been more pleased with our stay in Highlands. The unit is exactly as described and is just as lovely as it appears in the photos. It was the perfect size for our group of four adults and had everything that we could have needed for our weekend stay. The location could not have been better, mere steps from downtown Highlands where one can enjoy an abundance of dining and food options. We will most certainly be planning a return trip to the Bubbly cottage.

Gabi's house in Highlands was exactly what we expected. It's a short walk to the center of town. It was well-furnished with everything that you would need for two couples or a family of four. It's on a peaceful side street which is great for peace and quiet. The outdoor set up is amazing with a fire pit right next to a small stream. You should definitely consider this property if you are visiting Highlands!
