This place was cold because the thermostats don’t truly work so much but my room had a heater and that was fine. The place is big for multiple parties and the pool table is so tiny. It’s great for skiing because it’s so close to northstar. Liked the place a lot.

We did not receive a code for the front door and garage and had to call upon arrival. they recent the same message previously sent, again no code. The unit was not clean and had several maintenance issues. All documented in Pictures. Our son, Daughter-in law and new born left after first day, due to musty smelling in bedroom area. Would not stay here again and way over priced simly due to labor day weekend. they did rebate the housekeeping.... big whoop

This home was perfect for our family of 6. The house has 3 levels which proved to be perfect for our kids to each have their own space. There is a play room that kept the boys busy and didn’t distract from the main living space where we could cook, play card, or sit on the deck. The house was comfortable and is in a GREAT location.

Just as others have mentioned, this is a great house, but a little dated. The kids loved the three floors and had lots of space to play. The kitchen was very well stocked. The thermostats and fire places were a little difficult to operate and seemed to have a mind of their own. Perhaps they were set on a timer? We discovered a couple of the remotes (for fireplaces) needed new batteries. The rental company was very responsive and dropped off new batteries. The house did stay nice and toasty though. Some lamps did not work, but there was enough light so not a huge problem. Netflix worked sometimes, and other times it said the account was already being used. Overall, we had a great stay and just a few minor issues.

Great Kings Beach Cabin
Very clean nostalgic cabin in kings beach. It was conveniently located and not difficult to find. Be prepared for lots and lots of stairs. Not for anyone with knee issues. Neighbors were very nosy. Overall a great stay and plenty of towels and blankets. The fireplaces were awesome and cozy.

The house was a super match to our two families of four group. The location is central between Incline Village and the Kings Beach/Tahoe Vista area. Loved the easy access to the trails north of Kings Beach, and 20min from Sandy Harbor!
With three floors, and two decks, it provided ample space for joint and separate spaces for big and small.

Three issues to take note of:
1. Parking is tight, so large vehicles (pickups/Suburbans etc) can out grow available parking. And trash receptacles are small, only emptied once a week.
No good explanation/instructions on difference between trash and recycling disposal.
2. Lots of stairs, not a place fore those who have a hard time climbing stairs every 2 minutes.
3. Some amenities were not in order, but those should be a small match for property manager to take care of. (Coffee maker not working, no scissors in the kitchen, some blown light bulbs).
Overall a very pleasant stay, and good service from property manager TurnKey.

Great property for a family or group on vacation. House was very clean, well stocked with towels and extra pillows and blankets. Good location, walking distance to local neighborhood beach and close driving distance to kings beach and incline village. Property management company was very responsive to any inquiries during our stay.

The amenities and location of this property is great. It can easily sleep 9 people. We had a great time staying at this property. I would like to give it 4 star. I took away one star, as we had an issue during the checkin. The property wasn't ready at the check in time. We had to come back in an hour, to give cleaner time to clean the place.

Nice cabin - heat not working
Cabin was clean and extremely well stocked. The location was excellent. However, the heat on the lower level was not working, nor did the fire place on the lower level turn on. That made the lower level too cold and uncomfortable to use. We contacted the management company our first evening to address it but nothing was fixed during our 3 night stay. Additionally, the fixtures in lower level bathroom were loose and the last day the lights in the lower level bathroom would not come on. There was not only no electric garage door opener but one of the garage doors would not stay open and someone would have to manually hold it open/up while the car was being driven in/out. The place could use some attention/repairs and DEFINITELY fix the heat issue before renting out in winter time. For the price, I expected a more.

Pretty good stay
Well-located close to Northstar and Kings Beach Village. Roomy and comfortable. Automatic late checkout was a pleasant surprise.
Minor issues:
Hot water runs out very quickly after single use. Need a bigger tank or tankless water heater. Some toilet and door fittings need to be replaced.
